I ordered rings and the day they were to be delivered supposedly there was “an animal”that kept the person from delivering my package. The next day I sat home all day waiting and again they were not delivered. I was patient and waited 2 weeks. I went to USPS and told the woman what happened. She looked for it and said she couldn’t find it and claimed that it may still be on the USPS truck (from 2 weeks ago). She took my name and number for a supervisor to contact me and I NEVER got a call. I waited ANOTHER week or 2 and I went back today and it was the same story that they don’t know what happened and that a supervisor would contact me. It makes me feel like someone lost or stole my package and does not want to take accountability.

This post off is irresponsible and doesn’t pay for any of their actions. I sent my step son a gizmo watch and video for Christmas so he can stay in contact with his dad more. Well after the package repeatedly went back and forth from New Jersey to Nashville instead of stopping the package like we asked they had in possession and still sent it back out to New Jersey and it is now lost I have filed a claim and they denied it saying the item was deliver when they know very well that my stepson not I ever received that package . Especially when I got a call from your office saying it was available for pickup and then all of a sudden it’s back in New Jersey something doesn’t add up. Very very disappointed and will not be using usps anymore.

I’m tired of not receiving all of my mail. This is the third time something significant being sent to me has been lost in the mail. How are we still using this outdated service? I’m glad it wasn’t a life or death medication situation. Maybe one day my mail will show up.

Wed August 2nd 2023 15:10 : I'm not from here and I don't send letters all that often, the lady explained to me that I need to rewrite the address on the envelope so the computer scan can read it properly. As I did so she talked to her friend on the radio (or maybe her phone) and called me 'retarded'.

I came in to grab my keys for a new po box, and just happened to walk in as half of Nashville decided to also stop by.. The lobby got super crowded really quickly, and the only worker there at the moment named Mark handled it all super professionally. He was helping 2 &/or 3 customers at a time, dealing with people's mistakes and helping people correct issues with their orders all with a super positive and friendly attitude. I was blown away by how good he was at his job, but also just how great his attitude was during a highly stressful and annoying situation. This man deserves a promotion/raise, he's a crusher

I am writing this review to bring attention to an unfortunate incident that occurred at the USPS location on 4501 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37209. On June 20, 2023, I went to the USPS office to collect a critically important medical package for my wife, who is currently recovering from postpartum complications.Despite arriving on time and explaining the urgent nature of the package to the USPS representative, identified as Jennie or someone with a name starting with 'J,' I was denied access to the package. Even with other customers supporting my plea, she refused to release it, completely disregarding the importance of the situation. To make matters worse, this incident occurred just minutes before the office's scheduled closing time of 5 PM. As a result, my wife's well-being and recovery have been compromised due to the unavailability of the essential supplies contained in the package. The lack of compassion and understanding displayed by the representative has caused unnecessary distress and anxiety for our family.I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. It is vital for USPS personnel to recognize the significance of their role, especially when it comes to handling critical medical deliveries. Negligence in situations like these not only reflects poorly on the service but also directly impacts the lives of those in need.I hope that my feedback will contribute to the improvement of USPS services and ensure that such mishandling of urgent medical packages is addressed promptly. I urge USPS management to provide better training to her and guidance to their representatives to avoid similar situations in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every single time I order a package this post office refuses to deliver the package and forces me to go pick it up instead of just leaving it at my door

Once again, a very non-customer oriented experience. Was turned away at 4:58 on a Friday by the manager who was manning the door rather than hopping on a register to help speed things along and get people out of there quicker.

Clinton New Kirk and this entire post office is dead to me. I was on a weekend trip to Nashville and discovered at the airport that my ID had fallen out of my wallet. My dad found it at home and paid for it to be next-day shipped to me. That was Friday morning at 9:47am with a guaranteed delivery of Saturday by 6:00. Not only did my ID not show up, but I was given updates that it arrived in Nashville and was out for delivery and never got delivered. When I opened a claim, Clinton responded 48 hours after my initial inquiry, hoping I was “happy with how this matter got resolved” (it didn’t get resolved) and a phone number to contact him at. Well, guess what? The phone number leads nowhere. It rings and rings and rings and no one ever picks up. So much for help!! Not to mention, Clinton said he read my comments, but if he had, he would have known I was only in Nashville until Monday at 7:00am. His resolution was to deliver my ID to the Airbnb 2 MINUTES AFTER MY PLANE LANDED IN NEW YORK. You call that a resolution?! My entire trip was RUINED, all thanks to the USPS, but especially thanks to the West Nashville post office.

I came in about 10-15 minutes before close, Mr. Carl and Ms. Kim were working, it wasn’t too busy, just a few customers. Y’all the post office isn’t usually your favorite errand to run, you feel stressed about lines etc. but today was lovely! Mr. Carl helped me with mailing an international package, while all three of us chatted about recipes and Mother’s Day, several customers came through and I was still done before closing. This is what you want from your local post office - friendly smiles, excellent quick service. Thank you Kim and Carl!

I went inside with my parents dog just to get a change of address in the woman shooed me out like a fly. That rude heifer, I didn’t see any signs saying that animals weren’t allowed. Couldn’t even catch her name to report her.
