Just been notified from the sender that I had a package delivered on Dec.12, that I never received notification for in my post office box. Ironically I picked up mail on Dec. 16 and there was no pick-up notification in my box for a counter package pick-up.
Years ago this was a great post office location, but not over the last 2 years. Customer Service is sorely lacking and hours are random. I have literally showed up during their posted business hours and they have been closed with no notice or explanation. One counter employee has the worst attitude ever and other employees will snap at you for asking the simplest question. Today I have called over 10 times to inquire where is my package that shows "AHeather" signed for, but no one is answering the phone. I get that there busy due to holiday shipping but 2 days with no answer and I can't even leave a message. Horrible. At this point contacting the Post Master General! I've had it!

This post office will not allow me to send APO’s from this location after 3pm. I’ve never had any other post office tell me this. Never thought I’d see the day when the USPS would not want to ship to our military men and women. Disgraceful!

I took a package with a pre-paid label to drop off at the counter. I was the only person in the post office other than one clerk. She told me I should use the drop box outside. I stood there because, well, I was already there and I wanted a receipt and to know that it was leaving that day. She finally agreed to help me, but as she handed me the receipt, scolded me: "next time use the box outside." After I left, I was answering texts in the parking lot. She came out to empty the drive-up mailbox outside, and she went back inside for something, leaving the box open, the keys in the lock, and the mail she'd removed sitting there on the curb, for several minutes. This is a post office with known thefts from the mailbox outside (peoples' mail with checks gets stolen and the checks are wiped and re-written). I never leave mail in the outside boxes and would never--especially now.

Pretty much a very no reliable post office. That includes customer service inside and communication to general public. In the past the clerk didn’t find my mail, which one was on hold. Came back in the afternoon the another one founded without any problems. This time I stopped to find out that the office is closed, although it was during the publish working hours.There wasn’t any notification on the door to say any more information. Official phone number doesn’t have any message to notify the customers about working hours changes, nor anyone answer the call.

Incompetent and lazy. The woman working the counter refused to help me with a process because “she’d never done it before” and didn’T want to do it. She kept intimidating me when I asked her to please just try and yelled at me when I asked her what I was supposed to do. She eventually said “not get your mail I guess cause I’m not doing it.” I just needed help completing a change of address.

I mailed valentines here one of them going to kentucky which is right next to our state. It’s been over a week and it hasn’t been delivered. Is this post office a black hole?

You can go in and buy printed stamps using the automated machines and mail things even when it's closed, which is very convenient.

I went in to simply drop off a package for return with a preprinted return label on 12/22/22 at around 10:30 AM. The woman was very rude on the far right side of the counter and did not offer any help. They simply acted like they didn't even care. I've been going to this post office for 22 years and never seen the service this bad. I hope they actually returned my package...because with that kind of attitude I am skeptical.

This post office does not open on time. They show that they open at 7:30 and they rarely do.

Moved to the neighborhood in May and still my mails are not getting delivered(August 30th). Complained twice about it and the post master left another vacant note in my mail box today. Not at all a pleasant experience and very frustrating.

Paid for premium forwarding and found they kept stuffing more and more into my mailbox despite my having visited th Green Hills PO and filled out all forms I was asked to fill out! I have been trying to call them all morning and no one at the PO answers.
