The service here is terrible. The man I tried getting a passport from was extremely dismissive of the customers. He did not care to hear what I was asking. U went home and called the phone number I found to get answers and was told I had been given wrong information. I will happily drive 30 min further to avoid this office in the future. Terrible customer service and horribly unprofessional.

I dread going into the post office. I had to renew my passport and Ms Donzaleigh was amazing. She was patient and kind. I was going to cry because these other post office workers at other locations will bark at you and make you feel stupid. I will be coming back to this post office even though it’s not my main one.

Very friendly employees, but my complaint is that there is assigned parking for employee supervisor out front that take up over 20 spots. Now parking for customers is very limited especially during the day. This is why i only gave three stars out of 5. Give those parking spots back to the customers and I'll rate them as a 5.

I don’t understand all these poor reviews. I’ve lived nearby for 14 years and while this is not my actual post office, I prefer this one on Royal Pkwy to mine, the small out of the way one on Ezell Pike. For 14 years I’ve always had fine service here, and some of the people are above average friendly. It’s unfortunate that they had to remove the drive up mailboxes, but that’s the fault of the thieves that kept breaking into them, not the post office’s. So you have to park and run inside to mail your letters, but you can still do that 24/7 with the accessible mail slot. I feel like these reviews are really unfair to the people that work there. One time when I bought stamps out of the machine after hours but the machine was jammed, the next day I went in there hoping they could help me and they did- they were right on top of the problem, knew who all the people were who bought stamps but did not receive them, verified my identity and gave me my stamps on the spot and with an apology. That’s been MY experience with this post office for the last 14 years.

This has to be the worst place in Nashville TN to work for, no structure and bogus union, did I mention high turn over rate. This place is a joke

Several times I would be expecting a package and tracking would say it has arrived in Nashville. I live 1hr east of Nashville so I should get it the next day. Well, this distribution center on several occasions has sent my package to other states before it would get to me. A recent example..It took 10 days to get a package from WI. Went from WI to Memphis to Nashville...then to Alabama then to Kentucky then back to Nashville and then I finally received it. Ridiculous!

I've been working at the processing center for almost a month now, and my access badge STILL will not let me in or out of the building. I have to wait at the turnstile for someone to violate security policy by letting me piggyback, then I get in trouble if I'm not back in time.

I've been a regular customer at the Ringold USPS near Fort Campbell for a few years now and I've had a range of experiences. While I've heard reports of missing packages and some inconsistencies in services offered, I must commend the efforts of certain staff who go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. Reggie, Lanyesa, Amgad, and Mika have been exceptional in providing service that's friendly, efficient, and professional. These individuals really uphold the USPS reputation and more.I also had the chance to get my passport processed here, and the experience was smooth thanks to Leonard who was extremely helpful. It's clear that management does take feedback seriously, as I've noticed changes in employee attitudes and training after talking to Leonard about a previous unpleasant encounter.Although I must mention that they need to work on the consistency of their service offerings—such as accepting packages until their posted cut-off times and reinstating the international money orders—overall, this location generally meets my postal needs. In terms of convenience, this post office is ideally situated, being one of the main locations in Nashville and near a major international airport. They do need to think about parking availability, especially for larger vehicles, but for a quick drop-off or pick-up, I've never had an issue. In summary, while there is certainly room for improvement in certain areas, the standout staff and efficient managerial oversight make this a go-to location for my postal needs. Keep it up, Ringold USPS near Fort Campbell!!!!!

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by August 31st, I filed a claim and whatnot and I finally get ahold of someone from the Ringold Usps near fort campbell, and they told me basically that nashville annex LOST my package and can't find it in the plant. It never got scanned.. it's probably sitting in a damn bin somewhere!!

What happened to the large metal blue mail boxes for drive thru Mail Drop off. This afternoon August 4, 2023 there were none, both of them were gone?
