I came in today and the lady working the counter was slow. It's like she talked to each customer for 30 minutes, despite the fact that there were other people waiting. Where is the other girl that works there? She gets me in and out every single time, whether she's working alone or not.

This place needs some work… Shakerra was very helpful and knowledgeable with mailing my package but she definitely needed some extra help at the front. There was about 7 people in line and only her working… it seems like every time I go in there it’s just her.

I showed up at 4:00 PM and the woman working there (black woman) refused to help me because she said what I needed would take too much time, even though they close at 4:30. She told me to leave instead of assisting me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been to a place where someone flat-out refuses to help a customer. Honestly, I don’t know how she still has a job acting like that. Turns out she already has a bunch of bad reviews — not surprised. She belongs behind a gas station counter, not in customer service. They open late every time, about 30 minutes on average and still have the guts to close 2 minutes before time

It’s honestly baffling how the mail carrier assigned to this area is still employed. She consistently refuses to do her job correctly—refusing to get out of her vehicle to deliver packages, even when there’s absolutely nothing blocking the mailbox. This level of laziness and disregard for basic responsibilities is unacceptable. Definitely don’t show up first thing in the morning. They say 830 open time but it’s never been open before 9. They need to update their hours to say 930 to give themselves time to get to work.

I wanted to send some headphones to someone, and the post office told me I’d need a hazard label on the package since the headphones have batteries.
However, they said they couldn’t provide a hazard label, and I’d have to get one at the library and then come back to get my package delivered.
This doesn’t make any sense. It would be much easier for the post office to just print a label than have people have to go somewhere else.
I’d rather even pay a small fee to get it printed at the post office than have to go somewhere else to print a label. I went to UPS instead and they shipped it immediately.

Went there to get a package the won’t deliver because they say animal interference yet my dog is in the back yard I go to to post office the following day at 11:00 am and they are closed it’s not a holiday it’s not Sunday it’s not Monday, why are they closed

Every time they are supposed to deliver something from Amazon, I end up with a sorry we.missed you note. I will not go pick it up, they can return it to Amazon. Last time I went there the black girl at the counter acted like she was being forced to be there against her will.

I went into the post office to ask a quick question about my key. There was a young black girl working at the counter who treated me Very poorly. I could tell I was very inconvenient to her. And from the moment I walked up, she had a lot of attitude. I see this location already has bad reviews and I can see why. Simply unprofessional. That girl should be working at a gas station at best.
