I just went to return some packages today, two different orders from same place in one shipping bag. It was my first time returning two orders In one shipping bag so I was unfamiliar with the policy……..Once I get to the counter, I said hello and stated that I have two barcodes for my return but I used one shipping bag since it’s from same store. Then the customer service lady literally yelled at me saying “ I don’t care ……you can’t ship this order in one bag”… I was in shock, why do she find it necessary to tell me that she don’t care and yell at me like that while she can simply say sorry you have to separate your items. What a miserable person she is Jesus, she needs to take her rude attitude somewhere else, I paid for that services.

I can not believe the USPS. In the last 4 weeks, I have either not received my mail, or it arrives to late to pay the bills on time. I have the service where I am sent what should be coming in my mail box everyday. After not receiving mail timely, I called. I have had this service for 2 years and have always received what I was told was coming that day until recently. When I spoke to the person at PO, I was told that they have 5-7 days once I receive that notice. She was totally unconcerned and did not help me at all. I have tried to support the PO since so many people have gone paperless. So now its looks like to takes up to 7 days to receive mail that should be delivered daily. No wonder they are losing business. Terrible Customer Service and they don't care.Good job security, they should think.

The truth is, the employee was very rude, she told me that it was more expensive because she had used the adhesive tape from the place, 53 dollars for that, the cost was 13 dollars, I have always gone and the employees say that I can use tape, the woman broke me what I had glued, I told him that I had the address why I didn't have it saved, and he threw everything he broke out of my box very wildly, I regret that attitude I always went to that place and the employees were very friendly, now I lost the information where I had to return the package

Post office drop box for packages is constantly jammed. I can hear employees behind the door. Im politely knocking and asking because they can unjam it by grabbing the box. Theyre just standing around talking and can obviously hear the door jam. Always broken equipment. Terrible location. Lazy employees.

Left my Christmas gift at the mailbox of the magnolia apartments instead of bringing it to the leasing office or my door and it was stolen. Absolutely unacceptable and beyond awful. Mail lady told me to get over it when I stopped and asked her why.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My very first time using a post office and I didn’t know that u couldn’t send out stuff with batteries, however the woman there started to YELL at me, in front of all the customers and said “everybody knows” ??? She has tattoos and braids and was wearing a bandana. RUDE, I get that costumers can be stressful but I was confused and lost the whole time and had questions. She shouldn’t be working with costumers if she’s gonna treat everyone like that.

So you guys lose my package. I call up there to see if yall ever found it. The lady on the phone did absolutely nothing, didn't even take the time to call me back like she said she would, and make it seem as if I'm the problem, when I didn't lose the package. Yall did. Very rude employees. I just want package that you miss delivered supposedly. ANYWAYS you found the right one. I'm taking this further. Theifs

I have been trying to get my local carrier to open a locker to check for my package since Saturday (10/21). It shows it was delivered but I never got the key. No return call or anything since first contact on Monday morning, but I have called several times. SMH

For some reason, I HATE going to the post office and will procrastinate when something needs to be mailed. However, the experience at this post office in Antioch makes it more enjoyable. This location would often have very long lines that moved slowly. Though the agents have always been nice, two of the current agents are exceptional. Keneisa and Tiara, have a lot of personality and interact playfully with the customers, while efficiently and professionally keeping the line moving. I often walk out with a smile now rather than a sigh. They are an asset to an agency that has suffered damage to its public image the last few years.

Keneisha is amazing, from the moment I walked in and waited in line all I saw and heard from her was kindness and professionalism. There was a line and she had 3 lanes open all on her own. She was efficient, helpful and nice.

This is the worst place to get a service. The employees are very rude. I Normally do not write reviews. But this place pushed to do it. If you do it any mistake they will shouting at you. They expect to go in by knowing everything.

The pickup and delivery service suck. I've lived here 27yrs and the past 2yrs of Antioch postal service sucks. There will be days I don't get mail and then they're days I get everybody's mail in my mailbox. WTH IS GOING ON!!!!!I had my NES bill in my outgoing mail box with the flag up for 2 days a few months ago on the 3rd day it was finally picked up

Trust the one star reviews, they are absolutely correct. I went in today to try and pick up a letter that needs a signature. Although the post office is advertised as opening at 8 the office was closed. There was a line out the door, and staff could be heard from inside, but despite repeated attempts to ask what was going on, no postal representative ever came out to explain the delay.

99.898937 percent of the time the self checkout machine doesn’t work and 99.99999 percent of the time all the package deposit bins are full for drop offs . I always avoid this post office
