Getting super annoyed. They took walk ins before me when i came with an appointment and I'm sure they lied to me. I was early for my appointment...1hr later someone showed up and went right in. No way were they scheduled before me. Going to miss my dinner over their tardiness.

I rating this a three for only 1 reason, the clinic was fast to diagnose my problem and prescribe a remedy, that said the bill for a UTI was $520.00, with insurance.

My APRN Kate was phenomenal. She was very quick/effective at providing me a solution. Definitely got a sense that she was knowledgeable to a high degree in her profession. Thanks Kate!

The website and sign in the store both show that the Vanderbilt clinic in Walgreens opens at 8am. I got there at exactly 8am due to my own scheduling needs. The person working strolled in, no mask, with a child with no mask at 8:07 and ignored me. She was then extemely rude to me telling me that she had to get everything ready and I needed to wait. At 8:15, she was still cleaning and told me to go sit down, so I left. Vanderbilt should probably have their people show up prior to opening or change the opening time to 8:30. I realize that emergencies happen, but treating patients like they are a horrible inconveniece is not the way to win customers.

I attempted to get my children tested for covid, but was unsuccessful. I scheduled my children consecutive appointments but I mistakenly scheduled them as labs. Because of this they had to separate the appointments. I was okay with that. When I went for the first appointment I took all 3 Because I didn't know who's appointment was first. When I arrived I asked who's appointment was at 11 so I could check him in. The very rude patient access rep Tyneshia Morris was extremely unprofessional. She refused to tell me who's appointment was at 11. She did state that she needed the information and for us to wait in our car until she text me. It was already 11:05 so I and the appointment was at 11. I asked her how long was the wait going to be. We went back and forth on the same question until she finally told me that the wait would be around 20 minutes. With a very nasty attitude ? may I say. I addressed her attitude and she stated that she was reciprocating me and I told her that she she can't be because if she have just answered simple questions (which child appointment is at 11 and around how long was the wait) non of this would have happened. So going back, she snatched my children insurance cards from me. I said "this is retarded" she said "you are retarded" I told her to don't call me out of my name and she stated "you called me out of my name" this should show you that she does not pay attention very well because like I told her, I called the situation retarded not her. After me leaving her boss a message she refused to see my children which was very uncaused for. Especially since children are dieing from Covid and I need to report their results to their schools which could save the lives of other people children. She should be fired because whatever is going wrong in her personal life had nothing to do with me and if she didn't feel like coming to work she should have stayed home. You never know the dominoe effect you may cause by turning away covid patients Especially when the misunderstanding is on your behalf. Times are too critical right now to have a person of this nature handling the lives of others. We must do better.

Wow! Just overheard a woman try and get her son seen for an ear infection get unapologetically turned away by the receptionist. "We're all booked today." Guess not everyone at Vanderbilt is in it for kids...

I had one of the most positive medical experiences of my adult life at this clinic. I was able to schedule an appointment for my children for the next day, and even though the clinic was incredibly busy (understandable with rising covid numbers in the area) the staff were communicative, letting me know where we were in line and approximately how long we would have to wait. The NP who saw us (Katie) was kind and knowledgable. She listened to everything I had to say and was incredibly helpful. She was gentle with the kids, reassuring them all along. We were able to have several tests done and the results were ready within the hour. She even had prepared doctor's notes for my children's school. 10/10, all other emergency doctor's visits with the kids have paled in comparison.

My doctor ordered blood work a month or so ago. I have been to this clinic 3 times to have my blood work done. The receptionist was very rude two if those times. I called and was told that they open at 8 am. I was there at 8:05 only to find out they don't open untill 9. I left and came back at 8:40. The receptionist was there and I told her what I needed. She said I needed an appointment which when I called previously to make I was told I that I did not need one. At 9 am they helped two other people first. I was third when I walked up they and asked if I could be put in the computer for blood work she said we are back to back. I told her to forget it and that I would go somewhere else. I will not go back to this Walgreens for anything anymore.

Terrible!!! I have tried four times to get through to make appointment and waited forever just to be hung up on before talking to anyone. Horrible service!

Had a wonderful experience at this walk-in clinic; if I could give 10 stars I would! Amy Tyson was my Nurse Practitioner and she was excellent. She was incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation. She listened attentively to my needs and concerns and addressed each of them individually. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed with my prescription. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again for your help, Amy!

Where do I start? I am a Vanderbilt patient; love all my doctors at Vanderbilt.... today, I went to the walk in clinic in Bellevue.... Nurse Practitioner Amy Tyson was whom I was so lucky to cross paths with. It was a joke, I went in for ear pain last week, I am still experiencing the same ear pain, so I made an appointment. I was on time since I am already a patient I am able to pay my copay through their app. It saves time I always do this, today, I checked in on the computer which by the way, they don’t ask for your ID to check in on the computer.... but then after I waited for 20 mins another lady who I am guessing decided she should actually work; asked for me at the desk. I walked up and she asked for my ID and Insurance card.... which is on the app; I informed her everything was on the app, but I gave her my ID since it’s the “Law”..... then she asked me for my copay. I informed her I already paid, and she told me there was no way, so I showed her my email. She was very irritated with me, and it rubbed me very wrong. It’s a nice way to pull a scam on innocent people. Then it was time for me to wait again, so I waited..... after 10 more mins, I was able to see the not Dr. Amy came in the room, her bedside manner, needs some help. She told me that there was no way I was having the same pain as last week, which indeed I am. She “looked” in my ears and told me that I wasn’t in pain, and I needed to see an ENT doctor.... btw. Please don’t waste your time, energy, or money. I had always had a pleasant experience at a walk in, but I guess all of my headaches, and ear pain.... to this “dr” is a joke. Let me just add that during this visit, this “dr” never took my temperature, or checked my blood pressure......

BEWARE: You will be billed for a Full 30 min New Patient Visit with an Emergency Physician!!! About $260. You will not see an MD, there is not one on site. I waited 2 hours. The NP I saw was sweet. She prescribed a blanket antibiotic without listening to the root cause of my issue... so I just paid $260 for amoxicillin and I STILL have bilateral ear infections.
