I saw a review from someone named Nick Tingle (kind of weird we had the same last year). He said this was a bad place. I disagree; this is the worst place ever. To the say the manager was checked was an understatement. I didn’t even though there was a manager here. I had to take 5 PTO days just to try to get a new phone. I decided to switch to Boost Mobile after this. They did have a comfortable toilet, so I’ll give them two stars.

I don't write reviews. It has to be bad to write a review. THIS PLACE IS BAD. First off, this isn't a corporate Verizon office, its an "authorized distributor" and whoever authorized this at Verizon should be fired immediately. I spend a total of 8 hours over two days just to get a new phone. And they wanted me to come in a third time. The employees are nice, but place is ran by a twenty something year old that didn't even greet me or any other customer. Dude seems so checked out. Told one employer to "figure it out" when asked for help. Why he was hired? No clue. DO NOT GO HERE

Evan was incredible! While helping me and 3 other customers he got my phone changed over to a new carrier and was so calm and patient with having to help multiple customers and train multiple new employees it seemed. I highly would recommend Evan to anyone who walks in - up front and honest about pricing and genuinely seemed like he cared to help everyone.

Skylar T was amazing. He helped me upgrade my plan and made the tremendous effort to recover my old phone number. He went the extra mile, and on top of that, he was very kind and personable. I highly recommend this store; you will be lucky to have Skylar help you out.

Andrew Bell was Wonderfully helpful today regarding issues my husband & I had with our Verizon account, purchases & returns. He was professional, patient & knowledgeable. Andrew was a lifesaver…reducing our stress levels as he resolved our problems. Hire more people like Andrew!

Wow. Where do I begin. Competency is unheard of here. I was bounced around like a beach ball between different reps, while they gloated and laughed about commission amongst themselves as a line of customers waited patiently. I watched a discount be given to another customer in front of me and asked for that same discount and was told no they would have to call customer service for that. I spent hours in this store trying to get the iPhone trade in promo, only to have to reverse the mistakes of this team on the weekend myself. They are hell bent on their commissions and upgraded my plan without my knowledge, AND didn’t assign the right promo for the phone so I am now undoing all of their work at the corporate location. As a customer of 17 years I am appalled Verizon even approves locations like this to exist. Laughing about going to Larry hustlers club in front of a family with children? These people should be ashamed of themselves. If I could leave -10 stars I would.

Waited for 30 minutes - was told they would help us in “one moment”. Two other people came in after us and were helped before us. Just go to a different location.

Went in to open an account, they tried to charge me for helping me in addition to opening it, so I cancelled it all and now they feed me anyway and turned it over to collections. I'm literally shook that they went that far over a 50 dollar setup fee and I never even started service with them.
