The store is usual Verizon store but the sales associate, Curtis, is THE BEST. He helped me troubleshoot something that four other store associates could not over the past three weeks! Verizon, Curtis deserves a raise!!

Tre once again saves the day! I love this Verizon store so much. And now Tre has been incredibly helpful, kind and a flat-out life-saver once again.While I continue to have severe issues with my Verizon home internet that almost had me looking at other providers today I can say this:The Melrose in-store experience is flat-out amazing. Small and not too crowded. All around great staff. And then Tre--if I had a business with any position for him, I'd be recruiting him in a heartbeat. I work in customer service and consider Tre to be one of the most amazing customer service representatives ever and definitely the best Verizon representative. And I've been with Verizon since they bought whoever I was with before--probably almost 2 decades. Tre takes the cake for all-around excellence and I hope he is very much valued!

The only time I feel compelled to write reviews is when I receive exemplary service or downright terrible service. From the moment we walked in, Tiffany was off putting and just plain rude. She was not helpful whatsoever and made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her, even though we were the only ones in the store. She eventually asked, “Do you still need my help?” while I was on the phone with Verizon to attempt to get my problem solved. I told her I was unsure, as it depended on the outcome of the call. She responded by telling us that she could see all the notes and that she no longer needed to be with us. No one else in the store checked in with us even after we stayed in the store for approximately 30 minutes following our interaction with Tiffany. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with a person who works in customer service. Please avoid Tiffany at all costs, as she does not represent the store or Verizon brand well at all.

Had the best experience here. My SIM card had gone bad and I avoided getting it repaired for two days based on my past experiences with cell phone stores. I believe the woman who helped me was named Sharon. She was super friendly, helped me as soon as I got in the store. I was in and out under twenty minutes and now have a fully working phone.

We came to this store after having a very poor experience from the Hillsboro location. Jamie Peters was a huge help compared to our lack of help prior. He was able to resolve our issue even with some technological hiccups with asurion. Very grateful we were able to stop at this location.

The staff here were just wonderful, particularly Jamie and Marcus. Marcus was knowledgeable and efficient and went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal on a new phone. Jamie was friendly and very entertaining while I waited for info to transfer from from old phone to the new one. He also checked to see if I was paying for services through Verizon that I wasn’t using and saved me money on my bill!

I realized a few months ago I had to change my phone plan, and experience I had been putting off. However after my visit to this store I wish I would have swapped sooner. From the minute I was in the store multiple employees offered to help, but we got Zach. Now if this guy doesn't take his act up the road to Zanies I'll be a bit disappointed. He made swapping phone carriers, upgrading phones, and setting them up easy and fast. When there was an issue (from my old carrier) I was able to go in and Zach again got everything taken care of. 2 IPhone 14s and 2 very happy customers!

We experienced fairly disappointing customer service at this location as well as the Green Hills one a few days in a row. With this store, we came in fully prepared to buy a new phone with just a couple questions. A representative led us to a display to look at a few and then left, and we didn't see him or anyone again (except for a separate busy representative) for about 15 minutes, and we finally just left to go get a phone at Best Buy. Pretty disappointed in Verizon's customer service as a whole after using their service for so long.

Jamie and Curtis were fantastic. Jamie valeted my car to the parking lot and then Curtis took it for a car wash, all free of charge! He liked all the pictures of my cats and laughed at all my jokes. I don’t live here but I will be making the 7 hour drive from Michigan to get help from this helpful duo!

My experience with the Green Hills Verizon store was one of the worst. I've been with Verizon more than 10 years and have never had so much trouble upgrading a phone. The Green Hills employee put in my address incorrectly for a phone to be mailed to me and I could not get it fixed. I did a return to sender and went to the Melrose location in Nashville. The experience was completely different. The whole staff was friendly and helped me work through getting an upgrade. Zach in particular did an outstanding job. I wasn't able to upgrade on the initial day that I went in because the first phone was still being sent back. But Zach's service made it much easier. He gave me his work email and told me to reach out the following week so he could check the status. Finally got a great phone upgrade along with some outstanding service. I will definitely be going back to this location for any future phone needs.

Great customer service. I went in to get a wifi box and came back because it was just a bad box and they made extra sure the new one worked perfectly. Curtis and Marcus were the best and I could tell the other guys were being really helpful too. I was talking to a friend and she laughed because she said she drives across town to here because Marcus and his team are so good. I agree! Thanks for being awesome guys.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Verizon store. They did not put my correct address on my account. They actually put an address I’ve never heard of and proceeded to say “oh it’s ok. Don’t worry about this.” But when I try to log in to pay my bill and it asked for my billing zip code, it’s not my correct zip code. I also felt very uncomfortable by one of the mangers in the store. He was getting extremely close and touchy on my back. Asked me out to go to a strip club with him. I immediately told one of the other staff I felt uncomfortable by him and they apologized on his behalf. I will be going to another Verizon store to get my bill situation figured out. I would not go to this Verizon store.

Tiffany is amazing! I was having an issue signing up for wifi due to moving many times and having an old deactivated account, but Tiffany made me feel so comfortable and helped me get onto Verizon wifi! Such a sweet person who cares and makes you feel at ease!
