Won't give you your PD measurements unless you ask. America's best contacts and glasses automatically put them on your prescription. So if you plan on getting an eye exam and ordering glasses through warby Parker or any other online eyewear company you need those measurements in order to do so. I called vision works bc I thought it was a mistake. I was told "no we don't give them to you if you don't buy the glasses from us." I paid for eye exam in which I get a prescription. The PD is part of your glasses prescription and this location was pretty rude and quick to brush you off.

I loved my experience at visionworks in green hills! I booked my appointment around 10:50AM for 11:30AM & I showed up around 11:20 & was greeted promptly & was shown where to sign in. Immediately a nice woman came out & helped check me in & then as soon as I was done a nice man helped me with some vision tests before seeing the doctor. The doctor was very kind & made sure that I could see perfectly. He even was able to give me trials of the contacts that I use & prefer, so I don’t run out before my order comes in. I used to come here years ago, and you guys have improved so much! I’m so glad I decided to come back & I will continue to come back! Also, if you buy contacts you get 60% off glasses which is a really good deal!

My budget was tight and I had stepped on my glasses and broke them. Although they couldn't be fixed and they don't sell them anymore they were able to find a similar frame that looked good and they worked hard to finally fit my lenses into them.
It was still more money than I had but I had your 60% coupon which made the frames affordable!
So I now can see again!

Shenetta got me scheduled and in very fast, helped me to locate my insurance as well. When I got there Justin took care of helping me get signed in and choosing my glasses. Overall it was an awesome experience and I won’t be going anywhere else. Now I’m waiting eir my new glasses and I’m very excited and happy with the selection thank you Shenetta, Justin, the doctor was just as precise, quick and to the point thank you Visionworks

Only needed new lenses as I already had a current prescription. Justin was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain my options and was patient during the entire process. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

My visit to Visionworks 4/5/24 was a pleasant experience.
The tech, Moe, who assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions and make sure my order was accurate. He also helped me to get the financing done with my insurance company.

This vision works is amazing! Greater than any others in the surrounding area.
The system crashed (nation wide) as I was checking in. The woman at check in was super kind and explained the team would do all the things manually.
The doctor was great. Personable and professional.
David did my exams. Justin picked out glasses for me within my price range and selected shape.
David and Justin made sure I would be able to pick my glasses up later that day since I was in a true pickle!
The place is staffed by angels who spread blessings of sight.
