My experience was amazing. I visited Visionworks on Hillsboro Pike near Green Hills. When I walked in I was welcomed and greeted by Justin. He was very patient and assisted me in finding a new pair of glasses. I truly appreciated this because other places I've visited I felt rushed. However, this was not the case with him. He was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, and provided an easy experience.

Awkward. The staff has zero social skills and do the bare minimum. Fine for a last minute appointment if you know what you need and are assertive.

Horrible. Overpriced. Paid cash. The stores even wrote me the wrong prescription. Made me wait weeks and weeks. Very rude and unprofessional. No.discount. Horrible exam In collierville,tn (Memphis). Currently in. Nashville. They had the audacity to tell me to drive 6 hours roundtrip due to their poor exams and impatience. Pawned me off on the Nashville location. No discounts etc. very horrible place . So sad .

Agent was kind but the Dr not so much, not considerate at all. I have been visiting this location for years, but I will never go again I am a new mom and the Dr was far from understanding. Customer service keeps the customer and this location has failed to do so. I reached out to other locations who were very understanding of my situation this location is a waste of time. Disappointed out of 10 plus years of visiting this location.

This is the WORST eyecare imaginable from the customer service to the automated support system to the eye doctors who are inconsistent. Do not waste your money and time here. I waited nearly three weeks for a trial pair of contacts while the employees kept my contacts hostage and never called me to let me know they arrived. I called their location several times with no answer and finally went there in person today only for an employee to lie to my face saying it would take 4-5 weeks to receive one trial pair of contacts.I told the employee I was informed it would only take up to 2 weeks then the employee went to the back and retrieved my contacts but not without further lying saying they were going to call me this afternoon to let me know the contacts had arrived today. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an eye care facility. I will never give them my business again.

I had a great experience. I came in to look at the eyewear selection. I was happy to see the numerous options that were available. I made an appointment online while in the store. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. The staff were friendly. The doctor took his time during the examination. Sometimes I feel like it’s rushed, but be he took his time and spoke in a pace that enabled me to hear and respond correctly.

This place was a terrible experience! The staff was extremely unhelpful and quite unfriendly. The doctor was completely impersonable and almost robotic which made me uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment, I felt like it would have been better to have not even gone in in the first place because I didn't gain any information or help.

I saw someone who was wearing glasses I liked and asked her where she purchased them. She said Visionworks. I had never been to Visionworks, but thought I’d give it a try. I’m not sure if this is offered as a rule or was just the case this particular day when I went in, but I was offered buy one get one free so that’s what I did. Also the Policy of having 100 days if you have an issue with your glasses or are not pleased with what you picked out, you can pick out something else. I’ve worn glasses since fourth grade and never been to a vision store that offered this kind of customer service. I brought my husband in to see if he could find something he liked and he bought his glasses there too. I’m sure I will continue to purchase glasses from Visionworks. I went to the Visionworks store at Greenhills and Deanna worked with me. She was wonderful!

The minute my husband and I walked in Justin welcomed us. We were walk- ins, and he had just had a few cancelations. He fit us right in Justin was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. We were so comfortable with him; it was like we had known him for years. It took me a while to find frames, I apologised; he said no, take your time, and he offered suggestions and gave feedback. It was a joy being taken care of by Justin because these days young people are so in a rush and don't have time to help. Keep up the good work Justin!!!!!

Terrible. I hate leaving bad reviews. No employee I came in contact was remotely nice. Short- hateful.. they act like they hate being at work. It's weirdly uncomfortable. I work in healthcare and I get dealing with the public, but this is on another level. Did not hear back about my glasses and I was out on speaker phone and someone yelled "I call you a couple weeks ago." No way since it has barely been two weeks since I had my app. No one called me. I only went here because this is where my insurance was accepted. There are other offices and I will be going there. The eye dr was short and did not allow me to ask questions. It was the worst dr app I've ever had. Please don't come here
