Dr didn’t go over any history and only did a quick exam. I have been considered medically necessary for the longest time but Heather didn’t do her part. I told her I had been medically necessary in the past and she decided Without asking any follow up, that I am no longer medically necessary. I don’t think she fulfilled her oath and I don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Worst exam that I have ever had. The eye exam was rushed as I did not call out the letters individually. Is one, two or three better? Click. Is one ,two or three better. I asked questions and her demeanor was that of a child. The retail part was better.click .Hind sight, I should of just walked out and went to another location the next day,as I was mad and didn't want to the day I was. There. I will have to pick up glasses. After that ,I will only pass that place on the way to another store in Nashville Shopping center. Probably buffalo wild wings or IHOP.

Called this location for questions and got the rudest most unprofessional lady on the phone that made me not want to come into the location. Sounded like service I’d get at my local ghetto McDonald’s. Ended up calling the Hillsboro location and got much better customer service from the gentleman on the line. Customer service obviously just doesn’t come natural to some groups of people..

I was hesitant to go to Visionworks the first time, I had a great local optometrist for a while, but could not afford the glasses offered at their offices with my current insurance. I will say the optometrist exam was not the best. I felt very rushed through the process & only received the most basic tests.
I did have a great experience in the retail side. I have been there three times now trying to get the right frames for myself by using the 100 day guarantee. The sales staff there are extremely patient and so friendly. I have been there on days when it was crowded & days it was slow. And I have received the same kind & attentive customer service from the sales crew there each time.
My only other recommendation would be to clean the sample frames better. I don’t think I’ve ever picked a pair up that looked freshly wiped.
Overall Affordable with consistently good customer service!

I had the most pleasant experience at Visionworks!!!! My doctor commended me for taking care of myself. It showed in my exam. She said that she wished all of her patients had a good exam. That made me feel great. I would highly recommend Visionworks for everyone. Thank you Visionworks.

I drive from Goodlettsville, TN to this location for all of my eye care needs. I throughly enjoy this store and the representatives there have the best customer service! Receive my frames always in a timely manner and whatever may be an issue for me they fix it

The associates were helpful, and patient, however, the Doctor that I seen was not. I my have spent 3 minutes discussing my eye health.. not to patient at all. When I have appointments with health care providers, I like to discuss my concerns, because it is my health, and not feel like I'm being rushed and not feel as if I am worrying the provider, and I didn't feel an ease with this Dr

Everything was OK but very expensive for my lens only the price was too high 220.00 just for lens that's really expensive don't think I'll do that again

Great customer service! Went with an emergency contact lens situation and they went over and beyond to accommodate me! Nia especially was super helpful as well as the Dr. I just recently purchased my first pair of glasses there and am super satisfied with price, product and customer service! Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Cohen is the BEST eye doctor in town!! I had ICL and lasik eye surgery 8 years ago and she was able to give me the best follow-up eye care appointment I have ever received since my procedure! I was a bit nervous to go get my eyes checked since I knew they had changed a bit and she was very soothing and professional. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
