Worst pharmacy ever, they already made 3 mistakes with my prescriptions. The bald guy told me I have to pay for my pills because insurance is not going to cover. when I came home, I notice they gave me wrong pills. I came back to let him know and he said “well.. we can’t accept any medicine after we handed it to you. So, you have to wait again for your correct pills” but you can keep that pills you already paid for it. today I came to pick up a nasal spray and i found out they messed up AGAIN they gave me a nasal spray that they was supposed to give me 3 months ago. And the one they was supposed to give me they didn’t. I’ll have to come back tomorrow again and try to get my correct medication5 years with Kroger’s pharmacy and no issues but my insurance is not in the same network with Kroger pharmacy any more. I have to deal now with this pharmacy.

The laziest staff works at this location. And they never have prescriptions ready when they say.

Communication is terrible. You will get multiple notifications saying prescriptions are ready and when you get there they aren’t ready. I’ve also set up prescriptions for deliver and when they didn’t arrive they told me in person they were on their way and they didn’t have them. The next day I find out they were just sitting at the pharmacy the whole time and no one ever checked.

Got a voicemail and a text from them saying the prescription is ready. Drive all the way down there, wait in line for 20mins just for them to say they don’t have any prescription ready. This place is unprofessional and obviously liars.

This is the worst pharmacy. Honestly. I plan to leave this place a bad review weekly. Every time I go here it’s a horrible experience. My family has been sick for the past week. Last night we made 3 attempts to pick up my husband’s prescription, it wasn’t ready after hours & hours of waiting. The wait was an hour in line after it was ready. Today I had to pick up two prescriptions for myself. I got a text saying one prescription was out of stock, I called in an attempt to transfer my prescription and was left on hold for an hour, was hung up on twice without speaking to anyone. Whoever was working on the pharmacy picked up the phone after nonstop ringing and hung it up, TWICE. If these people don’t want to do the jobs they are paid to do they shouldn’t work in a field that can affect someone’s quality of life or health. I finally got a hold of a manager on my 3rd call attempt and they made a pharmacist talk to me. She told me that it was a mistake and that my prescription would be ready at 1:30pm. I went back to work and came back at 3pm, they are now quoting an additional 30 minute wait.

Horrendous. Severely understaffed. Wait on hold 10mins only to get hung up on. Trying to fill migraine meds - ZERO HELP. ZERO COMPASSION. WILL NEVER USE WALGREENS AGAIN

I ordered refill of my Repatha 2 weeks ago today. I have called and spoken to Pharmacist and still don't have it. Pharmacist didn't sound very sympathetic. It's a once every 2 wk. Medication, so I'm out of compliance. I asked if other Walgreens would have it, and they said no. I never had this kind of problem with Kroger. I miss them. Cigna made me chage.

I usually go to the Walgreens on the corner of old Hickory Boulevard and Central Pike; however, I needed my prescription in a rush, so I went to this Walgreens on Tulip Grove Road and wow! They were open on a Sunday, and the girls were so exceptionally nice, and they refilled my prescriptions in less than 15 minutes! 10 out of 10 from me, and I am now switching over to this pharmacy, even if it is a little bit out of my way! Highly recommend!

I have been using this pharmacy since moving to Hermitage and the experience has been hit-or-miss over the years. My experience has also varied depending on the services I was using, but my experiences over the last year have been mostly positive. I've also never had a negative experience when dealing directly with a pharmacist for questions, concerns, or vaccinations.1. Covid Vaccines: four stars. I got my bivalent COVID booster and flu shot here just this October and I also took my sister and mother here for their initial two doses. They did a great job for my family and myself on all of these visits. My only complaint is that they would not accept the forms we filled out online prior to the visit and made us fill out the forms again while there in person.2. Curbside pick-up: two stars. We were curious to try this service because it would be super convenient for my family. The trial did not go well. They only gave me half of my order and double-charged me for the part of the order that they did give me. I had to go into the store in person to sort it all out and it took about 30 minutes to get them to understand what I was telling them. They eventually located the part of my order that we were charged for and did not receive and gave me a refund for the part of the order that we did receive but for which we were double-charged.3. Prescription pick up: this is the service I use most frequently and the one that is most hit-or-miss. I've been having particular problems recently with going to pick up medications for my family after being texted that they were ready, only to be notified once I arrived that the meds were not ready. As the care taker of two disabled adults, I can not describe how terribly inconvenient this is when it happens, especially since it seems to occur commonly these days. I have finally caught on and will try to call and verify that the meds are ready prior to going to pick them up.Also be aware that the pharmacy closes during their lunch hour so you may wish to call and verify that they will be open when you plan to go.

If I could give zero I would. I came in to pick up my prescription that was put in at 10 AM during my lunch. As it is an easy prescription. I got there at 1:15 no lady said it would be 10/15 minutes before it was ready. I waited patiently until it was 1:40! 25 minutes later! Then the male pharmacists Proceeded to tell me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I have been filling my prescriptions here since I was a kid. However I will not be coming here anymore after this. I had to leave because I was on my lunch break when I was the tech. They have no value of your time.

If I could do half a star I would. After being hung up on twice trying to get my prescriptions sort it out, I am beyond done with this pharmacy. Especially the staff at the pharmacy at this location. There is no need to hang up on somebody when they are mid sentence trying to figure out why they were told one thing and now they’re being told another. Beyond rude and unprofessional. Severely disappointed because I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years. They really need to get a whole new staff back in that pharmacy. Ones that actually wanna take care of customers.

Walgreens you need to do better with appointments. Walk in’s we’re taken in ahead of me. I waited a 45 minutes just to be checked in because the walk in couple took a very long time filling out their paperwork. They could have checked me in, give me my booster and I could have on my way before they ever filled theirs out. I attempted to check in twice and was told they only do one set of paperwork start to finish at a time and I had to wait. Also all the information you ask patients to fill in online does not transfer to the pharmacy so don’t bother.

This pharmacy frequently closes several hours earlier than their scheduled time. My child needs a medication which can only be picked up on the day that he runs out of it, of course when I went to pick it up they had closed four hours early with no notice. And due to the type of medication it is, it cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. Clearly they are struggling with staffing issues, and can't manage to keep their schedule. You are better off trying a different pharmacy where they keep the hours that they post.
