Went to the pharmacy at 5:30 in the afternoon to fill a prescription. Was told to expect a wait of about 45 minutes. I wasn't surprised, as that is a very busy time of the day. After sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes, I was called up to the counter, and to my surprise, my prescription was ready! I certainly couldn't complain about that! Good customer service service!

I booked my appointment online and did all the paperwork there as well. So when I arrived I was in and out pretty quickly. The staff were helpful and friendly! I have no complaints!

I have been using this pharmacy since moving to Hermitage and the experience has been hit-or-miss over the years. My experience has also varied depending on the services I was using, but my experiences over the last year have been mostly positive. I've also never had a negative experience when dealing directly with a pharmacist for questions, concerns, or vaccinations. 1. Covid Vaccines: four stars. I got my bivalent COVID booster and flu shot here just this October and I also took my sister and mother here for their initial two doses. They did a great job for my family and myself on all of these visits. My only complaint is that they would not accept the forms we filled out online prior to the visit and made us fill out the forms again while there in person. 2. Curbside pick-up: two stars. We were curious to try this service because it would be super convenient for my family. The trial did not go well. They only gave me half of my order and double-charged me for the part of the order that they did give me. I had to go into the store in person to sort it all out and it took about 30 minutes to get them to understand what I was telling them. They eventually located the part of my order that we were charged for and did not receive and gave me a refund for the part of the order that we did receive but for which we were double-charged. 3. Prescription pick up: this is the service I use most frequently and the one that is most hit-or-miss. I've been having particular problems recently with going to pick up medications for my family after being texted that they were ready, only to be notified once I arrived that the meds were not ready. As the care taker of two disabled adults, I can not describe how terribly inconvenient this is when it happens, especially since it seems to occur commonly these days. I have finally caught on and will try to call and verify that the meds are ready prior to going to pick them up. Also be aware that the pharmacy closes during their lunch hour so you may wish to call and verify that they will be open when you plan to go.

I was not pleased with the doctor and she said that I have a upper Respiratory infection and she Didn't give me any antibiotics and don't waste your time going to them next time I will go to Kroger's clinic

I went to the clinic here to be seen and the woman at the front said we don't take your insurance you can go somewhere else. I said that's fine I'll do self pay she told me we can't take you if we don't accept your insurance, when it clearly states they do self pay. She told me to go somewhere else. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I've come here for years and my children but this is the last time I go to this clinic for anything.

I was sick so I went. CVS would have charged around a hundred bucks, not this place, no blood taken or samples to test and was over $300. I do suggest CVS even if you do have to wait. The doctors name on the bill is not the female doctor that treated me.

Had two issues recently. One with my male parts and another with a neck issue. Both instances this clinic said they couldn't help with. What do you do exactly? Close the doors if you want to remain useless.

This pharmacy frequently closes several hours earlier than their scheduled time. My child needs a medication which can only be picked up on the day that he runs out of it, of course when I went to pick it up they had closed four hours early with no notice. And due to the type of medication it is, it cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. Clearly they are struggling with staffing issues, and can't manage to keep their schedule. You are better off trying a different pharmacy where they keep the hours that they post.

I experienced the worst customer service from a pharmacy manager named John at this location today. Understanding there were shortages with personnel. He didn't have time to provide a vaccine shot for Covid to a 95-year-old woman at the car versus making her come in to the pharmacy to get the same shot. It really saved him a lot of time. The young lady who was a pharmacy technician was his saving grace.

I went there for my Covid booster shot. I went on line, filled out all the information, made an appointment, and went to the store 15 minutes early. When I got there appointments only was posted. There were three people in line ahead of me. After an hour it was my turn at the window. Now 45 minutes after my appointment I'm told I had to fill out the same information that I filled out on line. That's why it took very long. I ask why and was told their paperwork was more current. it took almost an hour and a half of which getting the shot only took 3 minutes. My wife got hers at CVS. She did her appointment and paperwork on line and she was in and out in 10 minutes.

Great place to get a covid test. Unfortunately I suspected I had strep or something else as well. Glanced at my throat but didn't test for strep. Long story short. Got a covid test & was told to get otc meds for anything else. None of which helped. I should have just consulted with the pharmacist. They need real doctors or just hand out bandaids & tissues IMO
