If I could give 0 stars I would. Been coming to this Walgreens for 3 years now and have NEVER experienced as horrendous of customer service and pharmacy wait times at any other location. Literally if you need to come here - drive farther to another location, this one sucks and they are mean. Corporate should consider just shutting it down!

This is a scam, they put different prices on the shelf when you pay you find the price is different, I will never go back to Walgreens, I will go to CVS because they do not lie

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreens. When I asked for help, I was met with an incredibly rude response. Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve used them twice now and each time I get a prescription sent to them they cannot fulfill it due to some error!!!! Literally force me to use another pharmacy. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Told them I was in pain and needed my medication and they couldn’t care less.

These five stars are strictly for the cashier named Tironda! She had such a great attitude and a lot of patience with everyone in line. Honestly, she’s the only cashier at this Walgreens that I feel actually cares about customer service. Hopefully Tironda is the beginning of a turning point for this location. Thank you, Tironda!

I was visiting from out of town, and my husband had to have an emergency prescription called in. We were able to pick it up very quickly. Jeanette in the pharmacy was wonderful.

Kind of neat going to a Walgreens in Nashville Tennesee. Lots of knick knacks and Keychains. My Walgreens don't have such items, as I am not in touristy places. This Walgreens was awesome and the staff were great for helping me find what I needed.

DO NOT USE TEH LABCOR HERE!!! I had, and my son had an appointment for 1030 and 1045, there was only one worker, and she said to when she came out of the room, WHAT! are you here for I said drug screen oh we stop those at 11 because it was now almost 11, i said we have appointments for 1030 and 1045 she comes back out about 15 after 11 and says you are not in my system you don't have an appointment , I showed her I did with a confirmation code. Says well then you have missed your appointment! you will have to come back, by now I am about to pee my pants waiting. I said I am going to go pee and come back, she said Oh it will be after 1 before I can see you instead of me being next on the list she was going to skip me and move onto the next person since now there is about five others that showed up for there appointment. Very disappointed that I now have to rescheduled and come back, which I did but not here. The entire store smells like a worker is walking up and down the isles smoking marijuana, Just absolutely poor service and environment. Just do yourself a favor and do not go to a Walgreens for a Labcor go ahead and go to the actual Labcor building, yes might be a further of a drive but at least it wont be wasted time. I left my house at 9 for a 1030 appointment, and had to be at school at 12, just to be told to come back at 1 at 1115, no way to come back at 1. She Was RUDE! sorry to rate one star should be NO stars!
