I have been on the same medication for 15 years and NEVER ever ever had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy. I’m not one to leave reviews or really even speak up in these situations but I was literally appalled. My medication is a controlled substance so strict refill laws. There’s a 28 day law that states pharmacies can fill up to 2 days early. This makes sense so you dont fully run out of your medication- when one month supply is out you have your next supply on hand. Never had an issue getting it filled a day or two before. This pharmacy outright REFUSED. My doctor called it in 2 days ago and they wouldn’t fill it till today. I was so confused. They said my doctor needed to give them permission. My doctor was confused as well. Whatever. Thought they were strict. Moved on. So I ask to have it ready on the date of actual refill (today) so I can pick it up in the morning on the way to work (I work at a law firm. This medication is vital.) They can’t even do that. They ask me to call when they open and they’ll prepare it in 15 min. I call at 8:10 am and they say it’ll be about 15 min. I get there nearly an hour later (late - BC I DONT HAVE MY ADHD MEDICATION.) and they HAVENT FILLED IT. They say 10 minutes. I’m seething. I’m already late. I wait 15 minutes in my car and go back in and ITS STILL NOT READY. There’s like 10 people behind the counter. The pharmacist(s) there are absolutely terrible at their job, rude, and inconveniencing people who rely on their medication for no reason other than simply being rude, lazy, and miserable. All that school just to be a pharmacist and hate it. Just do. Your. Job. Sorry to the very kind pharmacy tech who dealt with it for me and answered my calls and questions in a friendly manner. No one else but her was kind or helpful. I am absolutely appalled at my experience with this trash pharmacy. It’s one thing to be busy and another to blatantly inconvenience and seemingly intentionally sabotage clients. Your bad attitude is not justification for creating barriers to people getting their MEDICATION. Your job is important- act like it or get a new one. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Like oh my god I have a developmental disability and rely on medication to function in my job and be able to support myself financially and these people are acting like it’s a grocery order and I’m bothering them. Still in shock. Fire the pharmacists. I’m complaining to the pharmacy director today but people need to be warned.

The staff at this location are so helpful and personable!!! In a time where the places we spend our money is critical, it helps to have folks that believe in quality service. I have switched my meds to this location even though it’s a further drive, simply because of the hours of availability and the friendly and supportive staff that work in the store and pharmacy. Huge thank you to Ms. Octavia at the front, the guy with the beard that works late nights and the pharmacist with long hair that typically works weekends. Y’all are the best! Thank you for your service!

This is the worst Walgreens in the city in my opinion. You’re better off not calling the pharmacy. I stayed on hold for a total of 25 minutes one day to be told my medicine was ready to be picked up that night or first thing the next morning. When I showed up the next morning, it was STILL not filled. Then to make matters worse, the girl I was speaking to made me feel as if I didn’t have the right to be upset when I said something about it. Just an overall fiasco and lack of customer service as a whole.

The Lady’s in the pharmacy are extremely rude and unhelpful. Everytime i asked for help with a medication the girl said “omg” and acted as if i was inconveniencing her. Ever experience i have had here with the pharmacists have been all around rude and unpleasant

Dude. Once upon a time a whole slew of nashvillians protested and signed signatures and lamented over this wall greens. It was a historic apartment building before. And everyone was mad about it. I was 15 and I was mad at anything, so this was a good enough cause. The building was named The Jacksonian. And we wanted that and not a drug store.
How do we feel now? I bet we are all good with it. Progress happens and history is buried.
This is a decent wall greens. Open til midnight.

There are usually panhandlers in the parking lot, but that’s the only downside! I’ve gone here for years and have never had a problem with the pharmacy. Employees are always very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. This Walgreens is always stocked with what I need and is conveniently located in a busy area in the city.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. They always are late on my prescriptions and continuously have abysmal communication. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

This pharmacy has the most unhappy and rude people I have ever met. I get a call from Walgreens saying my prescription is ready and it is never ready. Horrible customer service. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription I am met with eye rolling and complete unprofessionalism. Disgusting. I am changing my pharmacy. Wish I could give this zero stars. Zero class.

This pharmacy is always helpful and efficient. The only problem with this Walgreens is the homeless constantly hang out outside and ask for money. CONSTANTLY. Needs addressed

Had an appointment schedule at 2:30 for a shot. Didn’t even get it until 3pm. Worst service ever and very rude. What’s the point of having an appointment if they’re going to be 30 minutes late with nobody ahead of me. GO TO CVS!!!!
