Worst Pharmacy ever! I am out of my meds and feel awful because all they do is hang up on me instead of answering the phone. called 800# and they would just transfer me back to this location to get hung up on. Finding new pharmacy ASAP!

I had called three times to confirm my prescription to have the pharmacist tell me the doctor hadn't called it in and then preceded to tell me it was at another location. He said I needed to call my doctor because he couldn't see the prescription. I got ahold of her and she said she sent it, so I called again and same thing, it's at another location, to call them about it.
So I called them AGAIN at the other location for them to tell me they can see that prescription at 8th Avenue and the pharmacist should be able to see it. So I call AGAIN. I tell him again (the same guy) and he hung up on me so I had to wait on the line AGAIN and he finally answered and confirmed he could see it after I told him I know he could see it in his system. He admitted finally he could see it in his system and didn't finish up with me due to lunch so I called again and I keept getting dodged and then hung up on again after staying on the line for 30 minutes. It's just frustrating when it's meds you need and your just trying to understand the price.

Many issues with this pharmacy. Recently received the WRONG medication by mistake, and then again got mis-charged for a prescription with a huge upcharge. They made me come back in to fix it rather than doing over the phone. Also, every time I call the pharmacy I get hung up on while waiting on hold, so I have to call back and start at the end of the hold line again.

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Lazy employees that do not care about their customers. Closed the door in my face before closing time with customers in line. Completely ignored me and acted like I wasn’t there. So unprofessional!

The pharmacy is a joke. They tell you come back in two hours, when you do it’s during rush hour and then the line is going around the block. Seems like they told a lot of people to come back in a couple of hours. It’s a shame they are keeping people from their meds from so long. It’s hard seeing your loved ones in pain for longer than needed bc of lack of whatever the heck is going on there. It’s so inconsiderate to hurting people to tell them to come back. You don’t understand what it took your customer to muster up the strength to go pick it up in the first place.

I came to this store around 7 pm on 12/16, just after it rained pretty hard. Because it was so dark, I didn’t see a huge puddle of slick mud just next to the entrance to the poorly lit store. I fell down hard on my hip and was covered in mud. I let the cashier know about the mud and she didn’t seem to care. I told the manager they needed to clean it up before someone got hurt badly and the only thing she was concerned about was an incident report. Everyone seems so apathetic and uncaring at this store.

I don't recommend getting your disposable cameras processed at this location. It took them twice at long as originally stated and they lost one of the camera rolls from our wedding.

Lashonda was incredibly rude and tried to rush me and others unnecessarily through the checkout, demanding we had our payment method out and ready to go before we reached her register. Our hands were full of items. I like speedy checkouts as much as the next person, but this was weird. She needs customer service training.

the pharmacist never answers the phone line. i have provided my insurance to them every time i get my medicine and they always give me the price without insurance and act as if i never gave them my insurance info before .

La Shonda was friendly and patient with me during the holiday rush at Walgreens. It was so refreshing to have someone like her providing great customer service!
