I’m fed up with this Walgreens This is the worst pharmacy. The building and surroundings are in disarray, the pharmacy workers ALWAYS have a problem. I even had the pharmacist ASK ME what the drug was.. WHAT?! They lie and say there’s a problem with the insurance when in fact they don’t have the proper inventory. I’m done. Never using them again.

Terrible customer service- hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on a prescription and were not willing to help or even listen to my question. It was so frustrating to be met with that when I was being kind, patient, and simply trying to ask a question.

If I could they would get no stars! Today 10-28-24 I sat in line for 35 mins and still got nothing accomplished. They let 1 car sit and hold up a line of 6 cars because they were assisting them. When they could have ask that person to drive around or come in! All i was doing was picking up my mother in laws meds and when I did get to squeeze out of line that car was still sitting there. This is ridiculous!!!

This WALGREENS is HORRIBLE it's always 1 person trying to help the front and other areas of the store. I visited the location to pick up photos on 2 different occasions 1st ser of photos printed WRONG 2nd set not able to locate even with the confirmation #.
Where are the managers . I gave a one star I wanted to give a minus anything. It's sad you have a WALGREENS right around the corner and have to visit others for better service

Worst pharmacy ever, they don’t know the proper codes to use for medications with insurance carriers. They tell you they processed your medication and then when you get there they say insurance wouldn’t pay and it needs a prior authorization. That’s crazy because the medication needed doesn’t require it and this information came from the insurance company. So after I go up there in the morning and give them a piece of my mind along with the codes they should know I will be moving all medications from this location
