Waited 30 minutes for my curbside order before I ended up leaving. Called but no one answered. It sucks when you’re already sick and you make the effort to go get stuff and then the store doesn’t care or follow through on there end. If for whatever reason you’re unable to go inside and pick it up, get what you need from literally anywhere else. CVS, Amazon, Walmart, it’ll literally be faster than waiting for curbside here

Every time I have been in this store I have found the staff to be helpful and polite. There is a good selection of products at fair prices. They have a 20% Senior Discount the first Tuesday of every month. I will continue to shop at this Green Hills store.

Waited more than a week for a script to process. Thought they’d lost it. Asked doctor to call it in again. Pharm tech repeatedly just told me “insurance issue” when I asked about it. I had to explain that they’d already filled it (switched doctors) last month, I was in the proper time frame to fill it, and the dose was the same. What could the “insurance issue” possibly be? Only then did the rude pharm tech ask the pharmacist who then told her to check a box. The tech literally told me “it was a code box.” In addition to what others have noted - lazy and rude - it’s clear that they are incompetent and possibly prone to lying. None of that is due to understaffing. I’ve been to understaffed pharmacies before - none of them lied about what was the hold up in processing a script. It would be funny if I didn’t need the script so much. Seriously, these people are dangerously incompetent. The pharmacy board needs to investigate this place before they harm someone.

This Walgreens location is awful. A guy was actually drinking a soda and eating chips as he was working the register. I've never seen anything like that before. Green Hills is a nice section of Nashville so this level of service is not only surprising but also inexcusable.

There was a lady at the cash register and she was very rude and very hurtful 06/11/24 12:37 this lady is always scolding people, we do not want to come to this branch, so please, it will always be better if the staff is friendly in this regard, on behalf of your branch.

This review is for the pharmacy. Every single time I try to fill a prescription here, I have to wait a long time. And after waiting the said amount of time, it’s not ready. Not to mention, the team is not friendly. I understand being busy and short-staffed. I’m always patient. However, presumably, most customers are not feeling well/sick or have a sick child or loved one that they need medication for. At least, that’s always been the case for our family. The utter disregard for kindness is upsetting. I come here because of convenience but I won’t be back. Do better, Walgreens.

I would not use this pharmacy ever. I called ahead by a week for billing and quantity knowing how short staffed pharmacies are. Still had both wrong even as I questioned before paying. I questioned staff before paying at drive through so I could come back again if they didn't, she gave me wrong information, billed wrong, then didn't apologize and left me waiting another hour for their mistake. I have severe chronic health issues and had budgeted my precious time and energy to call before so I just go through the drive through. Then they asked me to come wait inside with my condition and a toddler. They already had part of my payment and wouldn't void so I could go elsewhere. Then they still double charged me after all that and making me wait for every other patient. Absolute worst pharmacy.

I was having trouble submitting the review via the customer survey on my receipt, so I’m hopeful that this will serve as the next best opportunity to share my experience with the incredible customer service provided by Donna! I came in for passport photos and Donna made sure that, what could usually be a mundane and burdensome task was extraordinary. Her positive outlook and patience is a model for so many. She deserves a raise or at least to be named Employee of the Month with a day off! Thanks so much, Donna!
