I was having trouble submitting the review via the customer survey on my receipt, so I’m hopeful that this will serve as the next best opportunity to share my experience with the incredible customer service provided by Donna! I came in for passport photos and Donna made sure that, what could usually be a mundane and burdensome task was extraordinary. Her positive outlook and patience is a model for so many. She deserves a raise or at least to be named Employee of the Month with a day off! Thanks so much, Donna!

Well come away from Columbia to pick up my medicine and I can't even called and told him I'd be a few minutes late and they still closed up and wouldn't give it to me so I'm disappointed hour and a half away and you can't even wait 10 5 minutes

Not sure what the deal is with this Walgreens, but it always looks as if it's just need looted. Shelves are always bare so rarely can one find what they went in for. Pharmacy rarely has RX's available at the time they tell you they will be ready. Should I find another drugstore? Probably, but this is the closest place to us and I keep hoping they will improve. Reached out to corporate to express my concern, but haven't heard back from them...

They do NOT have the COVID booster. We booked online six days ahead, walked in for the scheduled appointment and they didn't have the vaccine. They said we should have gotten a phone call, we didn't. They admitted their scheduling system does not communicate with their inventory (stock) system. Don't use them. We got the vaccine at CVS two days later.

Don't bother calling them. If they're busy, they leave you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up

the pharmacy does a great job here, the cute tech Kendra always does an amazing job of making sure my diabetes supplies are the cost they're meant to be and doesnt ever take forever and is always sweet to me. Dr. spencer and her tech crew are a great team!!

Waited on hold for 15 minutes for the pharmacy to only hang up on me before I could speak. Terrible management all throughout this store. I highly recommend the new CVS on Hillsboro Pike. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Pharmacy bad and slow. It is kind of funny seeing the rich snobs and housewives huff and puff like they are being heinously victimized lol…Alas, no matter what time I visit I undergo the annoyance of a slow, log jammed line and a bunch of whining. Seriously no matter what time of day.

First wait 15 minutes in line for pharmacy. Then wait 10 minutes to find the prescription. Then be told it will take 30 minutes to fill the very simple prescription. Return 2 hours later. Wait 20 minutes in line. Prescription still not filled. Understaffed. Marginally qualified. Frustrating. Last time.

They never answer their phone. They will put you on hold and then the line will ring, and then they will put you back on hold at least three more times. That has been my experience when I have called. I can never get in touch with them. At this point I will probably switch to Kroger or Publix.

This location doesn't have nearly enough staff for the demand. I've been using this location as my pharmacy for years and since COVID has just been a nightmare. Slow to fill called in prescriptions and extremely long wait times when you try to call in and half the time it disconnects you so you have to start over. Not the people who work here's fault they just need more help because right now the customer service experience is a nightmare to get prescriptions that are basic necessities at this point is extremely difficult!
