Stopped in as I needed a pair of tweezers. Asked the lady at the cash register where I could find them. She was nice enough to direct me back to them and sent me on my way. Got there and every single pair was locked behind a theft resistance guard. Went back up to ask someone to unlock it and she was 3 customers deep.
Only thing I needed, so it would've been great had she let me know they were locked, possibly even called someone else to assist me, but nope. Honestly surprised that this place even has a 2.8 star after that interaction.

The customer service I received at this location truly made my day. Tyler greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and immediately assisted me when he noticed I needed it. It’s sometimes the little things and I felt the empathy was truly genuine. Thank you and please continue to make peoples day!

Arrived by ubervat the supposedly 24 hr walgreens as it showed on line to fined it closed .. got there by uber and point of trip was to by an uber card so I can get a ride all the way to work instead ended up stranded out in the cold and was late to work

Rarely ever in stock of what you need. And don’t think about ordering any special photo products. Ours were glued crooked and not cut correctly.

I am a senior and shopping can be difficult, I was having a time finding the items I needed but Gloria is a Walgreens employee took the time to find them and bring them to me , it made my time shopping there a great experience, thank you Gloria for helping out . Walgreens located at Donaldson Pike and Elm Hill Pike

How come every single time I call this pharmacy, every, single, time...I'm put on hold for over 30 minutes with the hold bot saying, "There are more than three callers ahead of you." Every time, there's never been more, never been less, pretty sure they just don't want to answer phones.

Showed up to a 24hr Walgreens to buy medicine on a sick day at 530am. They are closed due to staffing. The only 24hr Walgreens in the area. Good job

This location is NOT open 24 hours! Doors are locked with a paper sign about staffing issues... More like management issues!! Go elsewhere!

I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years. This pharmacy really needs to be shut down. Truly I’m not sure why I stayed so long, except for initially this was suppose to be a 24 hour pharmacy, which it has not been for many years.
There is a revolving door of TECHs, and finally yesterday while trying to get a prescription situated the tech said they did not have an official pharmacist on staff.
Zero competency to actually serve and support patients when things are not working out, especially with the state of medications not being available and more. A stated in another review, I myself take a daily-needed medication & they have like zero concern for my well-being. I almost single-handle blame this pharmacy for stress and increased anxiety in regard to their communication.
Fill your prescriptions anywhere else in town.

This particular pharmacy is the most unreliable establishment I've ever visited. They are either short staffed or lack of real management. There's almost never anyone at the drive thru window nor at the counter inside. It's almost always a 30 minute hold if you want to talk to anyone in the pharmacy to ask real questions about your medications. And I've had refills cancelled before the 7 day mark and delays on daily NEEDED. medications. It's impossible to get ahold of any representative to see to these issues.
If you care about your wellbeing Do Not use them as your pharmacy.
