The most horrifyingly unacceptable wait times. Tried 3 times to get my prescription at all different times of day and always insanely slow. Waited behind 1 car in the drive thru for almost half an hour. When I get to the window no one even comes to say hello for 10 minutes. Terrible terrible service.

I don't like to write bad reviews but sometimes something needs to be said. The staff at the Donelson Pike location use to be wonderful. They would engage customers, make them feel welcome, advise them of specials, and show appreciation. That isn't the case anymore--and thats ok for the most part. I understand not everybody is going to be a customer service pro. That does not excuse being outright rude however. On 11/28/23 at 11:30-ish I tried to check out. There was nobody else in line at the time except for a woman who interrupted the transaction to ask about a receipt in the garbage. Ok fine --let me get my goods and ya'll can dumpster dive or whatever. I told the cashier that I have rewards points that I wanted to use. She ignored this so I asked again (I do not get heated mind you.) This second request was met with "I don't see any." I told her that I knew I had rewards --maybe they forget that we can check these things online. This was met with a rather nasty remark about them not having got to her. I was taken aback by the tone. I thought about it for a second and told this woman I'd prefer to leave without these items and went on my way. I went to the Lebanon Pike location where the woman working was very pleasant. And guess what? My rewards points where there and I redeemed them. Being rude is a choice.

I mainly go here for the pharmacy. I've always been treated so well by everyone. Every person behind that counter hustles and gets your refills as soon as humanly possible. I also love their app- it will let you know the status of refills and even keeps your medication history, and that comes in handy when seeing a new doctor! So many pharmacies today have very limited hours, so the hours here are great. It's not 24/7, however it's still open every day and that makes pickup a lot easier. They also only take 30 minutes for lunch between 1:30-2:00pm. That's good to know as well so that you don't arrive at 1:31pm like many people do. They also offer flu shots and other vaccinations. My experience with them has always been great.

Guy yelled closed closed closed at 10 mins before closing. So much cor open till 11 to quickly grab something for my dog. Avoid this Walmart at all costs too dirty staffing badddddd

I would like to take a moment to recognize Jessica from the pharmacy for her amazing customer service. She honestly went above and beyond in our brief interaction. Not only did she resolve an incredibly stressful situation for me with ease and genuine care what impressed me more was watching her greet countless customers by name and with a smile. She embodies the Nashville spirit.

This is located next to my work so I pop in frequently. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. Yesterday I walked in for a TDAP shot and the pharmaceutical staff were busting their butts all with smiles on their faces and I enjoyed all my interactions with them. They helped me get a better price for the vaccine without even asking. I saw several negative reviews on here but the current staff in front of house and the pharmacy have been very pleasant in my countless encounters.

Needed a beard trimmer that was locked in security cabinet.The employee said that the previous shift had taken the keys home.Three courses of action:1) Call them and tell them to bring keys back.2) Enforce shift handover procedures.3) Quit hiring retards.I suggest #3.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!! ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE IT 0 STARS...I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, BUT WHEN EVERY VISIT YIELDS THE SAME RESULT....FAIL!!! RUDE STAFF, POORLY MANAGED, AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A BURDEN TO THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY. WAKE UP, WALGREENS! PEOPLE ARE IN NEED OF THEIR MEDICATIONS...NONE OF US ARE EXCITED THAT WE HAVE TO BE THERE. WHY DON'T YOU PUT A LITTLE EFFORT INTO A PLEASANT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

Typical Walgreen's with the same items.This store was better organized than most I have visited.Very nice salesperson who was friendly and helpful at checkout.Prices here have gone up a lot as well.

Made me feel super uncomfortable by assuming I was STEALING DEODORANT. My first & last time at this gross Walgreens.I asked the employee (who was talking on the phone with earbuds) where the deodorant was. She just told me the aisle and I walked over to grab what I needed.Every aisle I went to, they it called on the speaker. I.E; “HELP NEEDED IN THE DEODORANT AISLE, BEAUTY AISLE, etc”Then I went to grab some tuna, and I see an employee pretending to fix stuff in the aisle across from me staring at me.They should really work on their security measures, and learn how to profile shoplifters. Maybe they could’ve asked me if I needed help instead of making discriminating assumptions.

The clerk is being really rude the two times I’ve been there, she’s really making me feel like I’m never coming back to this place again. I’m not racist at all, I’m gonna describe her just for you guys to know who she is: black lady with her hair braid, young and she uses glasses. I couldn’t see her name because she was hiding the tag.SHE literally throw me the paperwork back, I feel so offended by her.

I had my prescription set up here. I'm moving it. 2nd time I went here to pick it up. Both times it wasn't ready when promised. I even called ahead. Yes it will be ready when you come. I even waited a few hours because of last time, when it wasn't ready. I go up to counter and ask for it. They tell me they are not sure they have it. I said I spoke to someone over the phone at this time and was told it's here and will be ready. I explained and I waited several hours because of last time I came it wasn't ready when promised. Girl told me don't get an attitude. I said don't make promises you don't keep. She even told me to move aside while she waits on someone else. Then calls me back when there is a huge line. I reported all to manager there, who seemed to care less. I won't be back to this Walgreens. I've had it. I spend a lot of money and they will not get my business!

Both of the ladies that work there should be fired it was an afternoon I was getting some personal items then one of them got smart when you work in customer service you supposed to treat people with kindness not get a attitude with them but long story short they're really aggressive towards they're customers and really mean I do not understand how this place is not closed down
