When I started using Walgreens I had no complaints, they sent me text alerts and called promptly to fill my prescriptions. But within the last year they seem to take several days to fill my prescriptions. I had a Dr. appointment on Friday Dec 27 at 7am and scripts were called in before 9am. Today, Monday Dec 30 I am sitting here at 2pm without my meds and have not heard one word and the pharmacy closes at 6pm. I feel that it is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 4 days for medication from a popular pharmacy. I have officially decided to take my business elsewhere in the future !!

Lol there’s a reason this store has this rating. Had photos printed at a Walgreens down the road on Hwy 70, went perfectly. Took 15 minutes after placing the order for them to be ready. Realized I needed two more photos, made the mistake of choosing this photo center. Awful experience, no confirmation email, they weren’t ready when I got there, and main photo lady was so rude (giving mean looks, no greeting, calling someone behind me). Young associate was kind. Have her sent to the Hwy 70 one.

We’ve been using this Pharmacy for years. Staff try their best. It is very important to note that they have new abbreviated hours, closing at 6 PM. I’ve been trying to fill a prescription all week and called to clarify. Additionally, I have a child with the flu. I arrived around 5:50 this evening to the drive-through line which was 3 cars long. When I got up to the window at 6:02 PM, several people looked at me and kept going about their business. At 6:04, someone that I could not see came on to tell me that the pharmacy closed and I would need to return the following day to pick up my prescriptions. A 6 PM close is difficult for people who work normal business hours and stop to pick this up on their way home from work. I also think that it is in bad form to turn away a customer who has been in line, waiting at the time that your business closes. I am out of luck picking up my child’s prescription tonight as it has already been billed through insurance and filled.

Very poor pharmacy customer service. The lady pharmacist blatantly lied saying she set up a home delivery for us. Three days later I’m still waiting only to find out by a gentleman pharmacist that it was never set up.
They have repeatedly said they sent the request for our prescriptions to our Dr and he has shown us his computer screen with zero requests.
I’m not sure it’s all the Walgreens but this one is not a very honest or reputable one. They will lie to you.

The pharmacy is rarely helpful, the store employees all seem miserable, and it’s more expensive than nearby grocery stores.
We switched pharmacies months ago because every month this Walgreens was delayed on prescription medication and have had no issues since leaving.
Go elsewhere.

HQ is full of idiots! They now fill prescriptions off-site and it takes 3 days to get any meds. If you need something sooner then 72hrs go elsewhere. I feel bad for techs in the store. They have to scramble to fix the mess with whatever they have there.

The pharmacy manager here has to be the rudest lady I have ever met in my life! Her name is Melanie, and she was a total witch. I just had surgery, and she was very rude to us because something was going on with the doctor’s DEA number. Instead of trying to help us, she was very disrespectful and even said she would call the police if we did not move out of the drive-through. She then slammed the phone down and walked away from the window. We had to go back to the surgery center and wait to get the issue cleared. I was told my prescription was now ready, so we headed back there. A very rude gentleman then told us to come back in 15 minutes and annunciated the number 1 and then 5. He then clicked down the phone and walked off. Again, I just had surgery, and they had no regards for anything. Needless to say, we reported both of them to corporate!

Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible we got cussed at and told we have to come back tomorrow because the girls boyfriend was there to pick her up (we went ahead of closing.) blonde pharmacist told us that she didn’t want to run it through our insurance and instead to put it on a card. They didn’t have our prescription ready when they said they would. Do not go to this Walgreens pharmacy unless you want to be treated poorly.
