Terrible Pharmacy. They never answer the phone and in the past gave my medication to another customer when they clearly had it a few days prior but said it was too early for me to pick up 🤬

my sister picked up my nephew meds while he was in surgery he had 5 prescription to be picked up they told her he only had 4 he needed all of them i tried to call stayed on the phone for 20 minutes they answer then hung up on me the nurse at the hospital called they answered hung up on her she tried to call back they would put you on hold never answered call another walgreens on the long hollow pike they answered write away help will never go back to the one on dickerson road & old hickory blv never stay away thanks for the lady at long hollow pk & main st in Goodlettsvile tn he really needed that other prescription they didn’t bother to fill the fifth prescription said he only had 4 t the other walgreens found it

Don’t use this pharmacy. A complete waste of time. God forbid someone in your family is actually sick because they cannot be bothered to make sure you get what you were prescribed. 3 missing meds in the past 3 months. Total shame…

February 14, 2025 I went to the pharmacy to pick up important prescriptions for a family member and the sign the drive thru said, “Closed due to no pharmacist on duty.” I went back 2/15/2025 the sign said they are closed for 2 days. What is going on? People need their medication. The corporate office needs to step in and do something.

This Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. They Close early and change prescription statuses in the system. I went to pick up my prescription at 5:50 sat in line for 20mins for a ready prescription and had the window closed in my face. THE NEXT DAY THEY CLAIM NOT TO HAVE THE SAME PRESCRIPTION READY AND CHANGED THE STATUS.

With the pharmacy closing at 6pm and then NOT being open on weekends were does that leave people that work full time any chance to get there? Your pharmacy hours are crazy bad! Something needs to change or I'm going elsewhere!

Quite possibly the WORST pharmacy in the country! Rating is for the pharmacy only! We have had so many issues with this pharmacy here goes:
1) always out of stock
2) rude customer service agents at drive- thru
3) not communicating lengthy delays for prescriptions
4) they hang up on you so you have to call back sometimes as many as 5 times
5) long waits at the drive-thru as long 30-40 minutes at times
6) poor management - we witnessed an altercation with a customer who was in the right and the management had no empathy or concern to remediate the issue. This behavior is also reflected in the staff .
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY EVEN IF IT IS THE CLOSEST. I promise you will REGRET IT.

It is always an issue every time I pick up my prescription. Over the past year has been a horror story, I’ve had to have my doctor’s nurse call on several occasions. They’ve closed early several times hours before and I was unable to get my prescription. I will be permanently changing locations as of today. I’m tired of the incompetence, 45 minute wait in line, and always getting my prescription days later than needed.

The pharmacy hours are from 8am to 8pm. I just called to get my refill at 6:47pm. The girl answered the phone and said the pharmacy is closed we open at 8am tomorrow and hung up, I know exactly who one it was short dark skin girl cuz I have stood inline waiting fory meds and she answered a call and did someone else the same way, I'm going to Puritts on Dickerson road.

This pharmacy used to be great, but has gone downhill fast in the past year or so. There's one pharmacist who is amazing (she's the only reason Ive stayed at that location) but the other ones are terrible. They have nasty attitudes and the techs are even worse! I've never met a group of employees with such nasty attitudes. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. I do not recommend this location or the Neely's Bend location.

This pharmacy is terrible. Slow af, they do not care at all and seem to hate their jobs. Pulled up to the drive thru one morning and was ignored by the person in the window while they did paper work. They looked at me, asked another employee something and went right back to their paperwork ignoring me. I guess it was, "do I have to help this guy?" and the answer was no. It was 30-45 after the driver thru had opened. You will also sit at at an empty window for long a while when no one is in line inside. I guess they have a busy customer ignoring schedule to adhere to. Aren't they supposed to be helping customers and not making them wait forever. I also have never seen a pharmacy that took so long to process customers through a drive thru. They take as long as they possible can and it's so obvious that the folks shouldn't even be working in a pharmacy and don't want to be. I think they go and take a break during getting your prescription pickup. The CVS near me is 1000% faster an efficient. I had one last prescription here and I'm moving it to cvs. Update: Just cancelled my prescription since i don't have all day to wait in their lines and requesting it sent elsewhere.
