Walked in to get rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide but the cashier literally walked off as soon as I came up to the register.

So I went a Walgreens, not this specific Walgreens. But I went to Walgreens to send money via Western Union which is apparently a service Walgreens offers. I was successfully able to send the money however. The recipient could not receive the funds, for whatever reason unbeknownst to me. There for I went to this specific Walgreens to see if I could obviously retrieve the money back. When I got to this Walgreens and spoke with the manager. She informed me that there was nothing she could do and that I would need to call Western Union directly . Her exact words were " We just do Western Union but we are not Western Union". Therefore I went to get on the phone and call Western Union. I gave Western Union Al the information regarding the transaction, they were happy to issue me a refund and informed me that I could pick the funds up at any store including Walgreens. I told them that the manager of Walgreens informed me that she was unable to issue any kind of refund in connection with Western Union. While still on the phone Western Union informed me that I would definitely be able to pick the money back up at Walgreens and if any issues arise to have Walgreens people call Western Union. I got off the phone I went back into Walgreens and informed the Walgreens Manager of this . She still tells me there is nothing she could do. She began to explain to me the inter dynamics of the Walgreens system and how it was different from Western Unions system before she could explain it to me any further. I interrupted her and told her that Western Union directed Walgreens to call them if any problems arise in regards to issueing the refund. I did this because I do NOT work at Walgreens and I am NOT getting paid to know anything about how it's system functions or doesn't function and I personally do not want to know about any of that information. I asked the manager to give Western Union a call . She agreed but then told me she had a lot of other work to do and that there still wasn't going to be anything she could do. I am now here waiting until the Manager of Walgreens can contact Western Union to see what their correspondence are. But it doesn't matter because I likely will never come back to Walgreens for Western Union ever again because they obviously don't know anything about Western Union or how to operate it . That is all . Thanks

Don't try to pay with Apple Pay at the drive-thru window. They will treat you as if you invented pediatric cancer, even though you don't have your wallet and your sick child is in the back coughing up a lung in a downpour. I even got a talkin-to from the manager. Shame on me.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in my life. I had to buy my own tape to seal up my package and then the girl asked me how to ship it. Not to mention I sat there waiting to be helped while they were in the back of the store doing nothing. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Trash Pharmacy!! Very Rudy people. Took two days to get action on prescription. Placing order. Next day got in line at window after waiting was told was closed for lunch.

I get my prescriptions filled from here and it's literally the worst pharmacy ever. I've got all of my stuff on auto re-fill and get calls and texts when it is ready. EVERY TIME I COME TO PICK UP THEY TELL ME IT'S NOT READY. Just over it. So annoying

Drive through been closed almost 2 weeks, really, if you sick it's hard to stand in a line waiting forever, they need to do better.

The Wal-Green’s app stated my daughter’s prescription was filled on 9/29/22 even thought I had never picked up a prescription and the last I heard from this location was that there was an issue with insurance. Spoke with a Catilyn who cut me off in the middle of the explanation and by doing so, explained to me something that wasn’t relevant to what my actual question was. I explained that wasn’t question, it was that the app said it was filled and I never picked it up and would that cause an issue with me getting her prescription now. Her already poor attitude became worse and became snippy with actually answering the question. It’s no wonder the location had poor reviews. As a worker in customer service myself, I understand being overwhelmed but not having the decency to still provide quality customer service is beyond ridiculous.

This is the worst Walgreens in Nashville tn. It has taken an hour for 2 cars to leave the drive thru window. I called inside the store and once again the manager isn’t in the store . Every time I come to this Walgreens it always at least a 6 car back up . Looking behind me the cars are backed up all the way to the street waiting to get their medicine. At least 6 cars have driven off .It shouldn’t take over an hour to get 2 prescriptions. I’ve called the corporate office several times but nothing has changed . The pictures speak for themselves.

This is a brand new prescription for my child. The pharmacist didn't come and explain how to take it or anything. They overcharged me. It is terrible! Worst place I've ever been!

They are unable to move cars in the drive thru pharmacy. Expect to wait an hour if you use it. Every other day I see cars wrapped around the building waiting in line. When you finally get to the window, the people inside move with the plodding step of the defeated. I get COVID tests here, so I have to use the drive thru, but never use it if you don't have to
