I had to call yesterday to talk to the pharmacist yesterday. Her name was Cathela she was absolutely the sweetest she answered all my questions and when I when in the store the lady who checked me out was very nice as well, the pharmacy staff at the store rocks they’re all so sweet!!!

I called in to fill a prescription and got put on hold for 30 minutes and then a lady answered and acted like she couldn’t hear me then hung up. Absolutely terrible pharmacy staff.

I would give a 0 or negative stars if I could. Called from a dr's office to speak to a pharmacist. They never answered the phone. They would pick up and immediately put me back on hold. After 25 mins of waiting, I finally hung up.

Heavily understaffed and poor communication skills from pharmacy techs.
I spent 37 min on hold trying to call in a prescription for a patient. I asked to simply leave a message with them, or speak with the pharmacist. They then huffed at the phone, spoke no words, and put me back on hold. I was polite, and quite reasonable in my communication.
The phone then hung up on me.

I like this Walgreens in Madison Tennessee. They permanently closed my Walgreens idk why. But the Neeleys Bend Walgreens has been great considering they just got A LOT of new patients transferred to them.

This location is awful. Once before, I called this location before and stayed on hold forever, only to be hung up on. A basic F-U! Today I called and was on hold for over a hour. Drove to the store and a pharmacy tech was walking into the store and assisted me. She was very helpful. (Brenda) While waiting, Im noticing the pharmacist on duty had a very condescending attitude with the customers. Not at all good.

This place seems more like a Burger King than a pharmacy. It's gone downhill bad. They were giving me monthly problems getting my son's prescription refilled... transferred across the street to Kroger's and not a problem since.

The outside looks run down and abandonedidn't.They're supposed to close at 10P, M, but they're closed at 8 PM and just left a note other than that.I haven't been able to get into the store more to come

I waited TWENTY minutes and not one car got service at drive thru. This wasn't even during a rush hour. I also waited 45 mins before. Almost witnessing fight in parking lot.. just be told at window they run out of amoxiliin for children that my very sick kid needed. The waits for drive thru is ridiculous. Service is terrible. She pharmacy needs serious help.
