Went to the pharmacy at 5:30 in the afternoon to fill a prescription. Was told to expect a wait of about 45 minutes. I wasn't surprised, as that is a very busy time of the day. After sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes, I was called up to the counter, and to my surprise, my prescription was ready! I certainly couldn't complain about that! Good customer service service!

I'm calling about my prescriptions and this is the second time of me calling someone picking the phone up and hanging up! How unprofessional! This Walgreens is definitely one of the worst! I'm switching to kroger

Unhelpful. My medication was not in stock and when I asked if they could let me know which walgreens have it in stock, instead of looking, the man told me "it's probably not in stock anywhere" -- didn't bother to even look. I called Kroger's pharmacy and they were much kinder and more helpful.

Their pharmacists have attitude problems and are extremely slow

This location’s pharmacy is not patient friendly. I do not recommend at this time. I spent years as a loyal customer to them and sadly I had to cut ties with them. No one should have to stress out over filling legitimate prescriptions.

Pharmacy is the absolute worst. I literally waited 15 minutes to speak with a pharmacist. Placed my refill for my rescue inhaler knowing I had one left. When I arrive they tell me they don’t know who I spoke with earlier but I magically don’t have any refills regardless of me taking shallowed breaths for the last 3 hours because they told me I could pick up my inhaler after work. Disgusting. This pharmacy is ridiculous and now I have to go to a hospital to try to get a rescue inhaler because I was denied my medicine. Thanks Walgreens. Absolutely a disgusting way of treating other humans. My health is clearly not a concern. You should not use this pharmacy and everyone there should be fired. There’s always issues and disregard of human life there.

I was so frustrsated with the service I have been getting lately and I received a call from Hannah. She was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of all my needs. Hannah deserves props. She changed my mind about Walgreens.

My daughter is autistic and I am disabled. So I called before going and it took 40 min to answer. I was told one was ready and they would have the other ready when I got there. I got there 25 min later, and not only was it not ready, they lost the other one. Instead of quickly filling it after explaining to the pharmacist, they told me to get in the back of the drive thru line that had gone into the street. There would have been 8 cars in front of me all while trying to manage an autistic meltdown of my daughter, and throwing up in a bag throughout. He was so rude. So unhelpful. Avoid this walgreens on tulip grove at all cost.

I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak with the pharmacist and then was hung up on during a transfer.

No stars definitely needs to be an option!!! Apparently, at this pharmacy, it's ok to give out incorrect information, lose prescriptions and be as rude as possible when you're taking up too much of their time seeking help and answers! The Pharmacist was as rude as possible! He told me he didn't care, and that he doesn't have my prescription and will never have it! Yet, I'm looking at the prescription copy where it was sent to that pharmacy! It sounds like someone has stolen my pain meds! But no one cares to investigate or help! The narcotic prescription was there one day, and now it's not? And no one wants to address this at the pharmacy, especially the Pharmacist! Meanwhile, the person you're supposed to be helping you, speak to as if I don't matter and I get to remain in pain! ? STOP LYING TO PEOPLE! LIKE YOU SAID, YOU DON'T CARE! That's exactly what's wrong with the entire Healthcare system!!! When people need care and compassion, ITS ABSENT!

They don’t pick up their phone. I use the automated system to try and refill my prescription then call and it’s not filled!!! Trying to get my medication all week. I’m done.

I have been using this pharmacy since moving to Hermitage and the experience has been hit-or-miss over the years. My experience has also varied depending on the services I was using, but my experiences over the last year have been mostly positive. I've also never had a negative experience when dealing directly with a pharmacist for questions, concerns, or vaccinations.1. Covid Vaccines: four stars. I got my bivalent COVID booster and flu shot here just this October and I also took my sister and mother here for their initial two doses. They did a great job for my family and myself on all of these visits. My only complaint is that they would not accept the forms we filled out online prior to the visit and made us fill out the forms again while there in person.2. Curbside pick-up: two stars. We were curious to try this service because it would be super convenient for my family. The trial did not go well. They only gave me half of my order and double-charged me for the part of the order that they did give me. I had to go into the store in person to sort it all out and it took about 30 minutes to get them to understand what I was telling them. They eventually located the part of my order that we were charged for and did not receive and gave me a refund for the part of the order that we did receive but for which we were double-charged.3. Prescription pick up: this is the service I use most frequently and the one that is most hit-or-miss. I've been having particular problems recently with going to pick up medications for my family after being texted that they were ready, only to be notified once I arrived that the meds were not ready. As the care taker of two disabled adults, I can not describe how terribly inconvenient this is when it happens, especially since it seems to occur commonly these days. I have finally caught on and will try to call and verify that the meds are ready prior to going to pick them up.Also be aware that the pharmacy closes during their lunch hour so you may wish to call and verify that they will be open when you plan to go.
