Female employee flirted with her boo for 20 minutes instead of assisting guests. Customers waited up front to be checked out while she continued to flirt in the back of the store. Male coworker was the only one working and finally had to ask for help from his female coworker. Instead of greeting customers while at the register she continued to giggle with her boo. The whole experience was cringy, this isn’t love island it’s Walgreens. I feel bad for the male employee who was the only one working the entire 30 minutes I was in the store. Feel free to check the footage from 9:00-9:30 pm on 6/26/25 for verification.

They have some of the most piss poor customer service in the pharmacy I have ever seen . INCOMPETENT TO SAY THE LEAST! If you don’t want to assist people with filling picking up medications or asking question GET A NEW JOB! This one tech that answers the phone can barely speak English or comprehend when she doesn’t understand the simplest of questions she just hangs up ! I want her to get ran over in the parking lot and then need her pain medication and get hung up on .

The cashier at the front of the store was extremely rude. She was walking away as I was approaching the counter to check out and literally rolled her eyes when she had to turn around and come back to check me out. I asked her if I needed to go to photo counter to check out and she rolled her eyes at me again! Extremely rude and she apparently could care less.

Right next to my job, comes in super hand whenever I need snacks/office supplies/water. Morning workers are always very helpful :)

Called the pharmacy for transfer in scripts, Christopher the pharmacy tech gave me some crap about not being able to transfer my scripts from ANOTHER walgreens. When I asked him to explain why he told me he didn't understand it either he was just relaying a message. When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, aka the pharmacist, he told me he wouldn't transfer me and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back for information he just kept ignoring my calls. They still have not filled my life saving daily medications for myself and my spouse.

Staff rude in Pharmacy. They pick-up and hang up the phone on you. Then in person they don't give yuu time to ask questions they rush you out the way. Very disappointed with the staff at this store.

Went in to the Walgreens on Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch and can see why the store has such poor ratings. Was going for a return, and was only able to return for store credit. When I asked why, I got - I don’t know, I just work here. The store is dirty, poorly stocked and people are rude. Definitely won’t be going back.

Attempting to contact th pharmacy is always a hassle. Calling at the appropriate times, means I continuously get put on hold without explanation, usually forcing me to have to travel to the store in order to get business accomplished; and I'm usually contacting this location for a patient who has medication waiting, but never seems to get the notice that the medication is ready for pickup.
What's most unfortunate, is the scowl I received this last trip, from one of the young ladies working behind the counter. Not sure if someone triggered her prior to my arrival, but the unwelcoming response to my presence seemed to worsen her mood and facial expressions rendered my way.
There was a time when customer service with a smile mattered. Now it seems we're lucky to get service at all. I hope this review makes a difference.
