Had my doctor send refill to this store on a Thursday. I went Saturday to pick them up. I went inside. There were 5 people sitting in the chairs. I asked if they were in line. Their reply was no. Their waiting on their pills. Two people were in the back. The phone was ringing non stop. I waited at the sign for ten minutes and got ignored. A guy comes up on the counted, cutting in line. The kid in the back asked want he wanted. His pills. They weren't ready. He said they were sent over Wednesday. The worker told him to wait for about 30 minutes. He didn't want to wait. Took off. I waited for 5 more minutes and was still ignored. The phone still ringing. I walked up to the coubt and asked if I can pick up my pills. One out 3 was ready I have to wait like everyone else. What is going on? Why are all these people waiting? Why didn't they answer the phone?

The girls and guys at the pharmacy are always so helpful and kind! And they’re able to translate in so many different languages. I’ve never been disappointed with them ?

I have been with Walgreens as a customer for years and this Walgreens pharmacy us the worst and should be an embarrassment for the corporate office . I have called numerous times for a med I was prescribed for severe debilitating migraines and I have now gone a month and a half without it . I called pharmacy because they charged a med to a different insurance besides the workers comp even after my husband questioned it and I was told oh well . I asked for the techs name she was rude and angry so I asked if she liked her job or not because of her attitude . I then asked for the managers name and she hung up on me . Yes I called back and she hung up again . I wil)be contacting corporate tomorrow and the way this pharmacy messes so much stuff they are going to end up killing someone everyone needs to remove their business and let them feel that crunch.... my business will be taken elsewhere immediately

It has ben more than 5 times I am doing the online shop. Every time I purchase the stuff on online they will be in stock, but anytime that I am trying to go pick up they be like we don’t have this in stock we don’t have that in stock. They not trying to give ur coupons back. They make fun of me because I ask them a simple question. -0.0% to their service. I called the customer service they told me “ Oo no there’s nothing I can’t do for u try to go and talk to the manager”

Walgreens as a whole deserves the ratings they get in my opinion (typically low). But the store @ 2909 Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch, TN. is an exception. Now I’m mainly talking about the actual pharmacy part of this store. Let me just say, they’re awesome. The ladies that work the front at the pick up/drop off area are so sweet and helpful. Regardless of how many “stars” the reviews show, I say they deserve all 5 stars! Thank y’all for being so awesome and understanding!Regards,Daniel

While the line was long, it was definitely worth the wait. Their service is top notch and needs to be recognized for the new flow/vibe.Joy is the epic individual who helped me at the window. I couldn't be more thankful for her and the whole team. ??

I give this pharmacy zero stars because they are horrible staff all the way around. When you pull up at the drive thru expect to be there atleast 20 minutes. Then when you get up to the window the staff is rude and short with you. They are very unconcerned with anyone's health issues and do NOT try to accommodate you with getting your needs met at there pharmacy. I don't recommend this pharmacy to a dog. If you are able please drive to the nearest pharmacy and miss the trouble ! Staff here should all be fired!

Everytime I come to the pharmacy I am here forever. 1 car in front of me and I've been sitting here 30 minutes already. They used to be great but over the past few months it's gotten horrible!!!

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I had a confirmed appointment to get my flu shot and COVID booster on 10/31 at 1:00 pm. When I got there, the pharmacy windows were shut with a sign that said, "We'll be back at 2pm". I walked around for 5 minutes just to find a Walgreens staff member. Once I did, they went to the back to talk to the pharmacy staff. They asked if I could come back at 2:00 pm instead due to "technical difficulties". I didn't have much choice. I came back at 2:00, expecting them to get me in ASAP because this was their mistake. I waited for 20 minutes, then they asked me to fill out paperwork. I said I already had filled it out online. I waited 20 more minutes. I was ready to go get my vaccine card back and leave. Then the pharmacist came out and brought me into the cubicle. He had a vaccine card with the name Sayid on it. He grabbed the syringe on top of that and almost gave me that person's vaccines!!! I said that was not for me! Without even apologizing, he found my syringe and gave it to me after I made sure it was the correct vaccines. It took ONE HOUR, and I finally got my vaccines after an almost really bad mistake. I will never go back here again.

Reviews normally tell you what is wrong.. but the lady in the photo area named Chantel(?) went out of her way to help when it wasn't necessary and I cant Express enough how much I appreciate it. GREAT customer service!

so if you ever get overcharged for medicine here, dont expect to see that money ever again. i went back in person and called the help center 4 times now just to be told the same thing which is “somebody will get back to you in 1-2 business days” but at this rate I’m convinced they never planned on getting back to me at all. Walgreens really needs the money that bad when they’re scamming people out of theirs via the pharmacy
