I come early and the morning and the lady is always so friendly! Also they stay open UNTIL 10 and don’t lock their door like the Kroger on Bell Rd and Murfreesboro Rd will.

This place is extremely problematic to deposit money to Capital One cards, none of the employees know how to do it and they tell you that they can't.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a troubling experience I had at this location. During my visit, I attempted to price match an item and was informed by a cashier named Don that it was against company policy. I requested to speak to a manager for clarification, and a manager named Veronica confirmed the same.
While I appreciated the explanation, the interaction quickly took an unprofessional turn. Don suggested that I place the order online to get the price difference. I explained that I was short on time due to the store’s closing hours. At that point, Veronica made an unnecessary and offensive comment, asking, “Are you really that broke, that you can’t afford to pay the difference?”
I was shocked and taken aback by this remark. Feeling disrespected, I left the store, but I later returned to request contact information for someone in charge. Unfortunately, I was met with further dismissiveness. Veronica finally provided the store manager’s name but refused to offer any additional assistance or information.
This experience was extremely disappointing. As someone who has an extensive tenure in the service industry, I am fully aware of the importance of professionalism, respect, and treating others with dignity—standards that were clearly not met during my visit.
I have already reached out to corporate to report this incident. I also wanted too kindly request that you all press this matter further by calling and reporting this location’s unprofessional behavior and business practices. I hope that corrective measures, including additional customer service training, will be implemented to prevent future customers from encountering similar treatment.

Michelle, the manager, refused my service. I walked in with pictures to scan in to print on poster sizes, she didn’t even let me sit down before she stated “we can’t print professional pictures”. Mind you ANY picture could be considered “professional”. My pictures did NOT have “NO COPYRIGHT” on them which means I can print them off. I worked for Walgreens before and I know the photo policy. She just simply didn’t want to do her job! She is very rude! District manager needs to get rid of her ASAP!

Pharmacist were so rude and refuse to give service to me when went to get medication for my parents I waited in line for about 10 minutes and they said closed come back after 30 minutes. I will never go to this place again

I just have to say that Iyanna is absolutely AMAZING! My doctor didn’t send my prescriptions until 20 min before Walgreens closed (the day before I leave town). Plus, my insurance lapsed, so I have to pay out of pocket. Thankfully, this ANGEL named Iyanna goes WAY out of her way to help me through this mess! She was so caring and I just had to speak her awesome name! Great pharmacy!

Drive-thru stays closed (why?). They never have the medication you need in stock. They always have to order it, even common medications. Shows the pharmacy employees fail to monitor their stock. Terrible location. Always problems.

I've been wanting to go get some medication for days (I'm pregnant) and all those days a half-old, dark-skinned woman understood me, and she doesn't give me the medications and treats us badly, she just laughs at us.. TERRIBLE SERVICE; To this day I am still without my medication.
