Went to get photos printed. Non of the cords worked on phone to export to either to their two machines. I have usb-c port which is pretty much universal accepted. This location is like stepping back 10 years, in all aspects.

This Walgreens Pharmacy employees are mind blowing. The African American girl in the back has so much attitude it will blow anybody’s mind. So I spend over 2 hrs. off my day to get a partial refill of meds. So let me be very simple about this. My doc wrights me a 3 month supply of meds. So if I get 2 of 3 that leaves 1 correct? So I’am getting email from Walgreens letting me know they have the other 1 12-15-25 & 12-16-25 today.So I go to Walgreens in Madison where they say it’s at.They tell me it’s at Walgreens on Gallatin rd. I get there they tell me it’s at Walgreens 700 Eastland. I get there show the employee all of my emails from Walgreens. I ask the African American girl in the back in pharmacy is it here. Her reply “It’s not here what do to want me to do about it” 2 earlier ladies behind me say HUM. I say I’am glad you notice it it’s always like this here. I go up front to ask to speak with a manager. Another employee tells the manger I have a complaint. “She tells the employee to take the complaint. Me as a customer shouldn’t haft to go to 3 different Walgreens with ALL of my massages from wall greens letting me know it’s back in stock. When I get home I call back then they tell me I can’t get the med till FEB. My doc has had to rewrite this 1 prescription 4 times because there not filling it the write way or it’s out of stock. I’ve went over a week without life saving med. because it wasn’t in stock. Now once again if a doc. Wrights a 3 month supply & I only get 2 months that leaves 1 month left wright? P.S since this is still a partial refill it’s going to mess up the next refill. I’ve been going through this for 6 months straight. This is mind blowing.

The pharmacy is extremely understaffed. Waited in line for 55 min. Just to pick up a prescription that was already filled! It gave me time to sign up for Amazon prescription delivery. The guy that is typically working the drive-through and walk-ins deserves a raise. He’s always so pleasant despite so many angry customers.

Something about these Nashville pharmacies they literally have no medication’s stocked. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get medication in this town. I really appreciate the impromptu closures of the pharmacies for an entire day on a random Saturday that prolong getting prescriptions even longer! YAY! Let’s see if Kroger can figure it out. Pharmacist who work at Walgreens should be completely embarrassed.

This Walgreens does not provide printed receipts. Cashier said I should receive it through email but I did not receive anything. Something is fishy.

Cashier was super rude.
She tried to pick a fight with me because she couldn't find the bar code on the case of water to scan it so I pointed it out to her. No customer service skills. People who talk to paying customers like that should be fired on the spot. With out customers you dont get paid.

The worst pharmacy staff in the Nashville, Tn. They have the rudest, nastiest, most disrespectful,not discreet and unprofessional attitudes of all time. Soon as I arrived I received nothing but attitude because they were busy, they had me wait 30 minutes only to tell me that they could not fill my prescription. I WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DON'T SHOP THERE.
CAUTION PLEASE DON'T EVER GO THERE.

I am very upset with the customer service I Received from the man and woman working tonight they were very rude and told me that they couldn’t use my 80% off discount card that I always use when I get my prescriptions so I had to pay more money out of my pocket that I didn’t have because they don’t want to do their job just because it was almost closing time. When someone just had surgery and has to have the medication.

The incompetency of this pharmacy is astounding. Meds are never ready when they say they are. Partial pills are included in bottles. And the wait time, all to be told to come back the next day, is outlandish (and spoiler: they won't have your meds ready the next day either despite promising to do so).

Drive thru line waiting for 20 mins they finally are done with the guy before me 2 mins before they close for lunch and they shuttered as soon as it was my turn before their lunch time and said they’re closed. Terrible people, will be changing pharmacies.
