This place is horrible. On hold for 15 minutes to speak to someone about transferring my prescription (which I need) to a pharmacy that does have it in stock... three people ahead of me, then two, then one, then the phone is ringing, then it rings for two minutes and auto hangs up on me. 17 minutes wasted. I call back and they put me back in line. I would be ashamed to work at a place like this.

Went to get a propane exchange. They were busy, understandable. The 2 young men working registers stayed cool and remained friendly. They could not find the tag to scan so called for help. I offered to go elsewhere based on their line. Young man assured me manager was coming to assist. Red headed lady in green shirt shows up (assuming it’s a manager). Barks at the guy at register to help the next customer while she goes and looks for it. I state again, I can go elsewhere. She marches off to the back announcing over her shoulder “if he’s going somewhere else I’m not even going to look for it” That should guarantee the next soul looking for propane exchange will be disappointed. The problem with this store is not their employees, it’s their pathetic excuse for any semblance of leadership.

They’re ALWAYS closed.. and sometimes they even close early. They close an hour in the middle of the day for lunch. Cant you stagger your lunch breaks so you don’t have to close the entire freaking store in the middle of the day!!!?! Theyre always out of medications and have to order them. Absolutely ridiculous dealing with these pharmacies is enough to make you pull your hair out! Stock medications so you don’t run out for gods sake! Employees make slick comments to each other about customers thinking we don’t know what they’re talking about. Yeah we hear you.

You can't get good service because corporate and management would rather be stingy or petty than give it to you. You are paying higher prices but they are still not properly staffed and still don't pay employees a livable wage and they will cheat you by keeping you part-time and selling you insurance coverage that offers no real advantage when bundled with employment. Don't know why you would buy groceries at a pharmacy anyway unless you just like throwing your money away. Also if you're a senior do not buy their credit card, it's not a membership card it's a credit card. Guess they are trying to squeeze the old people dry before they start shutting down stores.

Went to pick up some photos from Walgreens. I only saw one employee so I had to wait until they were free. She was polite and got my order ready quickly. There are no issues parking here. Aside from that, it was a routine transaction. If you get pics from Walgreens, it shouldn’t be too bad. It’s not too pricy either.

Well after my Dr office electronically sent my prescription to the pharmacy at Wallgreens on 100 hwy I drove there to pick it up. Unfortunately for me it was 4 minutes before their lunch time as the woman at the window explain to me.I did mention I hurt my back and I couldn’t drive back, (painful seating down and driving around) so I said I will wait. So I went to seat in their little waiting area I guess she didn’t saw me there because she started talking trash to her co worker about how she told me to go away and come back until their 30 minute lunch was over.I did mention “hey I am seating here and I can hear you” her response to her coworker was “I don’t feel bad I will tell the same to anybody I am tire of this”If she is so tired and has a terrible attitude dealing with sick people that comes to pick up prescriptions and sometimes is a real struggle like my situation today, I will say to her find another job, let someone a little more caring and friendly take your position.Someone that doesn’t mind going an extra mile once in a while.Location Walgreens on 100 hwy.

Had a vaccine appointment, got there and stood in front of the window and the worker looked right at me and ignored me. He looked busy so it was fine. But then he talks to the people that came in behind me and went to another window.I understand you're understaffed, but don't make appointments available if you can't handle it, or at least just say "hey we're slammed, it'll be a little while." I think they just wanted people to leave, and it worked! Luckily there are plenty of other options!

Friendly employees. Great place to run in and get what you want quickly. Pharmacy is a different story, unfortunately.

HORRIBLE WALGREENS! Even the one in Antioch is better. Long lines and cranky employees EVERY TIME!

I have been coming here a few times a week for 15 years...the staff overall is great and many have been here a long time. Yes they hired some new people who are not as customer friendly but welcome to Nashville and all surrounding areas...it is VERY difficult to find employees let alone good ones! I don't want to butcher Walgreens on a review when I know first hand as a business owner how hard it is to find people to work who care enough to be good at customer service. Look all around Bellevue and nashville...customer service is disappearing. As far as pharmacy....have you been paying attention to Healthcare these days?!?! I don't want to make excuses but that is a brutal non stop job with very little thanks. Dealing w insurance and drs offices is worse than ever on top of covid...they are burnt out and constantly having turn over because its such a stressful job so they have to train new people...its a vicious circle. I like u Walgreens on hwy 100 and I will keep shopping here

The employees working there are not friendly at all. Especially when you picking up your online orders from photo dept they are so rude. Once Walgreen emailed me a coupon with my online order pick up notification that my order is ready for pick up and stated that whenever you pick up your order use this coupon in the store. The lady that was in photo dept to hand me out my online order wouldn't let me use my coupon on something that I wanted to purchase she said you need to print out this coupon. But in the coupon it did state show this email to get % off your in store purchase it didn't say print it out. She wouldn't let me use it so they lost a sale. Bad customer service!!

I hardly write reviews but I do feel like this needs to be said. I used to go into this store and enjoy all of my experiences. Over the past few months, it’s been quite the opposite. I understand working in customer service isn’t ideal for some but I don’t want to feel like a burden and than belittled when asking a store employee for help. After my experience yesterday, I don’t even feel comfortable enough to go back, I’d rather just find some where else to shop.

Customer service at the pharmacy is awful!
