By far the worst Walgreens in Nashville. If you see no cars in the drive-through, you should expect a twenty minute wait. If there are a few cars, forget about it. Over an hour easy.

They really need to just close the whole store down. The pharmacy is the worst part. You can never get your medicine on time, and all the employees seem so unhappy. I never see the pharmacist either. They never answer the phones, and the wait at the drive-thru is over 30 minutes. Be sure to count your pills before you leave, because they might short you on them.

this is the worst walgreens in east. every time i pickup prescriptions whether from drive through or inside, it takes over 20 min. shelves are always mostly empty too.

Trash! PHARMACY ALWAYS closing early! This the second time I had a prescription issue with they times…I had a prescription sent from urgent care before closing time(googled to make sure they would be open) when I get there they were closed it says 8pm closing I had my prescription sent way before 7 pm drove all the way there for them to be closed at 7:10pm I’m pretty sure that’s not 8pm

Worst Walgreens ever!! Every time I call, I’m left on hold for almost an hour. You can hear them pick up and put my call back on hold over and over again. They have filled my medication wrong more than once.

It is always clean and bright. The pharmacy is most of the time a long wait and they close the drive-thru so you don't have a choice but to come inside.
