Tommy in the pharmacy is possibly the least pleasant person I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with in a pharmacy, and that’s an incredibly low bar. Short tempered, with an attitude. Genuinely will be switching pharmacies because of this man.

Very rude cashier, the one who wears a mask and gloves like we are still in covid-19. Maybe she shouldn’t work the night shift and should get more sleep so she’s less grumpy to people :)

This pharmacy is unprofessional, unreliable, and generally a nightmare to deal with. Seriously take your business anywhere else. A random stranger standing by the dumpsters outside would be a far better option if you actually want your medication. I’ve had 4 prescription pickups in the last few months and not one has gone smooth. Each time the miscommunications have resulted in multiple wasted trips and endless wasted time. They have no clue what they’re doing and it’s obvious they do not have any communication between the people working here. Good luck if you choose to come to this location.

Hands down the worst Walgreens I have ever shopped at. Unfortunately, it is right across the street and I often have no other options. I have shopped at Walgreens all over the country and Will never understand how this one continually drops the ball no matter what department you are shopping at. For example, there is another Walgreens 2.5 miles down the road that I have never had close to the issues of this Hwy 70 location.
This has to be a management and staffing issue. If you are sick and place an online order, you will be lucky if the order arrives 2 hours past the time they say it will arrive. I have had online orders arrive 8 HOURS past when they were supposed to.
If you use their pharmacy and place a refill order, good luck getting that prescription when you need it. This is particularly concerning given how many times they have dropped the ball on medicines I have absolutely had to have without missing doses.
The whole corporation is a money generating racket disguised as a healthcare store. This location needs to be investigated for their gross negligence and mishandling of customer and patient care. This store is frequented by many elderly patients who I have witnessed dozens of times have a terrible time getting their medications.
I NEVER leave google reviews. The fact that I am writing this right now speaks to how appropriate I think letting people know the actual dangers in shopping here. Walgreens is not a fast food restaurant. This isn’t a drive thru order gone wrong. We are talking about real life health complications that can trickle down to patients and affect their health and well being. I pray someone from a higher up position reads this review and does something about this store. I have witnessed their terrible service for over 5 years now. Read the other reviews.
Bellevue does not have many pharmacy or healthcare options, so most of us are forced to go here when we are sick or need our medications. Living in Nashville with our exploding population and congested traffic forces many of us to stay close to home for our basic needs. Avoid this store at all cost if you can help it. I have worked in healthcare for a long time. I am educated on how these systems operate and function properly. There is no excuse outside of negligence and poor management for this stores continued and long running terrible service.

Terrible. How are they allowed to hang up on you? Cannot reach anyone by phone. Completely broken system is unusable. Vanderbilt pharmacy is much better.

Took five hours to have a script filled. First was told a few hours, then called back, and was told we must have this shipped overnight. This was a very common anti-depressant. I insisted it was needed today. Ok then an hour. Waiting, still in line.
