Rude and incompetent employees at best. Other pharmacies will try to resolve problems stemming from physician prescription omissions or the like - not this one. But they will want you to state your residential address and phone number to pick up ANY medication. CVS gives you a screen with this information which asks if that’s correct. I’ve witnessed the worst service here of ANY outfit. They don’t have customers - they have hostages.

I wouldn't even give these people one star but I have to in order to rate them. My family and I have been going to this Walgreens for over 30 years but not anymore! I'm not sure what happened, if it was because of Covid19 but the pharmacists just can't seem to get their sh1t together. There's been multiple times that they haven't had my prescriptions ready when they said they would be, and have had to go without my meds for days. Life is too friggin short to put up with that kind of B.S. We'll gladly take our business elsewhere. Maybe Kroger...idk

Waited in line 25 mins for a flu shot. Told to get in another line at a dead register. Wait another 15 mins to be told to schedule an appointment. I called the store before coming and was never told to make an appointment. A pharmacy full of employees that can’t just take a second to inform guys. I would understand if the store is understaffed but there is like 8 people working just the pharmacy. Bad thing is Vanderbilt Heath lady who told me to stay in the line keeps looking at me like do you want to come here now? No Costcos is where I’m heading.

I love having a 24 hour pharmacy right down the street in the neighborhood. It gives me a certain peace of mind. This store is conveniently located, well lit, clean and well stocked. The staff has always been nice and always says hello when you walk in.

Best Walgreens ever, I had the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Mitchell was the greatest pharmacist, so helpful, so knowledgeable. He needs a raise!

Just left about five minutes ago and the gentleman working the register was on a FaceTime call with his friend talking about court appearances he has to show up for on Monday. I understand the job is monotonous And repetitive, but at least have an AirPod in or something. The old lady in front of me definitely was not impressed and It made me do a lot of thinking about how much our generation relays on technology. Embarrassing.

Ethan and Jackie are probably the best pharmacy staff I've ever had interactions with at this location. They were efficient and kind and actually made my day better with their great customer service.

January '23 went online to schedule a vaccination. Picked a time, filled out forms. I get there, could not find my info even though I had a printed copy. 1 hour and 15 minutes later received my shot. April '23 went get the second shot. Picked a time filled out forms online again. This time they had my info told me to wait in the lobby. 35 minutes later went to the counter and they seemed shocked I was still waiting. Finally 51 minutes later had my shot. I will never go back to Walgreens for a vaccination. The online process does not work. It was not busy they caught my eye several times in the lobby so to fein incredulity that I was still waiting was disingenuous.

This unfortunately is the first time I'm giving one star. It is a Walgreens. It does have a pharmacy and no one is rude. They just don't care. It's not about going the extra mile. It's about really caring about patients and this pharmacy does not. It processes and people are a pain in their side And an annoyance. I ironically I work in pharmaceutical technologies, and I do know there's a lot of burn out, but the complete lack of empathy leads me to believe that most of these folks, I can't say y'all don't need to be working with human beings. From their confusion about how to deal with insurance, their unwillingness to do the basic level of troubleshooting when they have made a mistake, to in complete understanding about how automated messages go out, just truly in my books one of the worst experiences. It is unfortunate, but this has absolutely convinced me, Xpress, scripts, and any other pharmacy will be our go to moving forward. So hello CVS in Kroger after many many years with Walgreens you have a new customer.

In April 2022, Gov Bill Lee signed legislation SB 2188 making Ivermectin available over the counter without a prescription. But this Walgreens still demands one. My wife almost died from Covid a year and a half ago in the ER. She pulled through at the last moment thanks to prayer. Now she tested positive for Covid again this Saturday morning (via home test kit). Bad cough, getting worse fast. No Rx possible. So we're stunned by Walgreens' resistance to the Governor's billed designed to help We The People. BTW, we know how powerful Ivermectin is against Covid. I kicked that disease in 24 hours after taking it back when my wife almost died from Covid. And... through close high profile friends, we know of hundreds of first hand testimonies of others who have had the same instant success with Ivermectin.
