There was a lack of customer service, lack of Info or prices given ahead of time. No communication of services or options given at time of service. Although my tire was covered under warranty, I did not receive any benefit from the covered warranty at all & no explanation as to why or what was considered under warranty. I asked for prices or communications before anything was done & I did not receive either til afterwards when I was notified my car was ready and I needed to pay. Not friendly or professional at all ! And regardless of the hours & lack of customers they were turning people away long before end of day hours. If I had not of called ahead of time & told to come on in then I would have been turned away with 2.5 hours from closing time.

Be careful when you go. We had great service one time we went so we went back when another tire messed up. They didn't reset my tire pressure sensors after rotating the tires, so there's a problem there. They change two tires instead of one. Lakeisha at the front desk was very rude rude to my wife. The mechanic kept telling me why the road hazard wouldn't give me any money and then they tried to put road hazard on the new tire.

Got all new tires here recently and upon mechanics recommendation took them somewhere else to get them rebalanced and they were WAY off. Then the guy who works on my suspension told me that he has so many people come in with balance issues because they just got tires from Walmart.Not sure what I was thinking to begin with, I've known a lot of people that have had their oil changed at Walmart who end up with stripped oil plugs or double gasketed oil filters who find themselves at home with no oil because it all leaked out on the ride home. Not sure why I thought getting tires would be any safer, that's the one thing you really don't want to skimp on when it comes to your safety.

Today I met with bad attitudes; rude and unkind customer service, and ignorance from two members of the supervising team! The tech. had a better attitude and gave better customer service than two of them combined!My first time there, months ago, the service was commendable so I went back.When I arrive, Marquita helps me get the order for tire repair in and explains the process to me.Less than 45 minutes after, the tech., Corey, says the tire has to be changed and explains why to my husband (over the phone) and I. He even found a crack in the rim. Awesome job! We all, then, talk over the situation and request the services we now wanted and the tech. gets the new order put in.Almost an hour after that I'm wondering what's going on so I go to the front desk where LaKeisha, a team lead, tells me it's only been 53 minutes since the new order was put in and tire changes take 1 - 1.5 hours. Mind you, she had a bad attitude that came across as - your time isn't important, you just have to deal with it, "duh" why don't you already know this estimated time frame?, and you're bothering me right now.Then comes the bill - two new tires, instead of the one we asked for; and payment for rotation, despite my having road hazard on there.When I tell the greeter, Marquita, I shouldn't pay for rotation, she tells me it comes with the tire change bill. She does not offer to take it off. As I question the bill more, she looks at me and tells me twice that I asked another of the greeters/cashiers for two tires. (Mind you, my husband and I had only spoken to Corey, the tech, about the service we wanted; and I told her that.)Then she said I'd have to talk to a manager, which I definitely wanted to do. Corey, the tech, comes over and we sort through the misunderstanding and exorbitant bill. He accepts responsibility for the error, which I give him mad respect for!! Apparently such humility and customer service was rare there today!I still ask for the manager, Fred, because the long wait, the lies, the funky attitude, the mistake with the bill, one of the tire sensors all of a sudden not working, meant I needed to ensure he knew what was going on and I get the bill sorted out completely.Well, I had to flag him down because he never came to talk to me (apparently no one told him). Instead of apologizing on behalf of the team, taking some responsibility or showing some empathy, he coldly says there were customers ahead of me (sounds fishy coz I was there for hours!), highlights that my husband and I spent 30 minutes talking with the tech. (and his team still got it wrong), and said the sensor battery stopped working (but it was working when I drove up there; again fishy!). Also the sensor battery couldn't be changed because it is a closed system.Then the tech. said the sensor was working again.Fred, the manager, eventually seemed to have a change of heart and told his supervisee, LaKeisha (a team lead) to take one of the charges off the finalized bill; but she shrugged him off and did what she wanted - kept the charge on there. Bad attitude, insubordination, rude, unkind customer service; and she's a team lead?!Mistakes happen, that's completely understandable; but the horrible service experience, unkind attitudes, apathy and inconsistencies from even the supervising team was not ok.Be careful going to this service center!!

Terrible terrible terrible I been trynna get new tires for 2 months and keep getting canceled hung up on “rescheduled” but never rescheduled and the customer service sucks

When you get an oil change. They put on your invoice that you declined the other fluids. I specifically asked if they put in other fluids.

If I could give negative stars I would as many say. I went to get an oil change was there over 2 hours and they Didn't even do the oil change and then they are out in front of customers talking c*** about customers completely unprofessional. And when they wrote my ticket up they didn't even put that I wanted an oil change so by the time I got my car back nothing was even done. That I had request. They are rude disrespectful unprofessional and do not need to be in an industry where they are working with customers. In one hour they had more than two issues with customers. I will never return to this location.
