Crowded, some areas are dirty, no polite employees, and when you leave the place, they are like requesting your receipt to see what you bought when u already paid for that. Come on ! That's annoying and disgusting. Sorry, but I didn't waste my time to take pictures.

Super rude. Just left out, 3/16/2025 5:31pm. Asked an employee where I can cash my money order about 3 times, she refused to even look at me, shook her head no and walked away from me. Then I found the money center, the girl tells me that I have to wait 15 days to cash my money order…what sense does that make. I have an official western union money order, you never have to wait 15 days. Excuses to not service me clearly.

I tried to have a conversation with the night manager Ariana regarding the consistent 30min-1 hour line for checking out. She did not give me a response and walked away clearly annoyed I asked. I asked the employee standing with us why she walked away without responding to me and he said “she must be having a bad day” and “she’s been here since 6”. I replied that I was trying to be respectful and didn’t warrant a response from the manager like that. It’s disheartening for a company to take thousands of dollars from you year after year but can’t take a few seconds assisting their customers.

Came at 10:50PM to grab 3M strips… knew exactly what i needed and would be in and out well before 11PM (advertised closing time). They stop allowing people in at 10:45PM… if you are going to do that, advertise you close at 10:45PM.

Bad customer service I would call customer service to check to see what time were they closing today on December 24, 2024 at 5:45pm and some one kept on hanging up on me not very good customer service and also very very rude
