Ordered a phone for pickup and received confirmation. Shortly after I received another email saying it had to be shipped. It arrived the next day. I attempted to set it up and received a message from at&t that the phone was not activated before shipping. I called 1800walmart and arguing with them for a while I was told to take it to the store service desk and they would activate it. So I went to the store. Keep in mind I am a former service desk associate for Walmart and know the policies. The team lead tried lying and said it was a 3rd party sale which is was not. It was bought and shipped by Walmart. He stated that since it was a 3rd party sale that I would have to ship it back myself. Which is not the policy. Even when it is a 3rd party sale Walmart accepts it and ships it for you. The catch is you don't get the refund until the shipper receives it. We continue to argue over this for over an hour. The girl working the service desk kept interrupting me so I couldn't talk. Finally a manager appeared and started trying to help. After being there over an hour I produced a return barcode and told them to just return it and I would go to Target and purchase it. The manager was able to return it quickly. I then had to go to the at&t store because when I attempted to setup the phone it locked my account because it appeared that I was trying to use a stolen phone. I then went home and called 1800walmart and complained they offered me a 25 dollar credit and gave me a promo code to enter. I tried to use it and big surprise... It didn't work. So I called again. Finally I did receive the correct code. Not sure if you know but recently a woman was attacked trying to enter the store, a man was shot to death in the parking lot and another one was dragged to her death in the parking lot when she was robbed for her purse. So warning to you all this is a dangerous place to go and the employees are rude and lie. Also I purchased and paid for tires last month. I arrived for the scheduled installation got checked in and sat in the waiting room. A little while later I am told the tires can't be located. I asked the automotive manager so what are we going to do about this because I have already paid for them. He actually said I don't know. You can try to call customer care. I called and argued with them for an hour. Finally the girl working the automotive register said I got and took care of it. This the most pathetic place to try to go.

Always clean and organized! I've never not found a product I have needed at this location. The floor associates are helpful and friendly. Lines were not long at either self serve checkout or the registers. Good experiences every time.

This Walmart location is always busy. Seems to have a theft problem lately. The last view visits, I've witnessed shoppers attempting to run out of the store only to be apprehended. The staff here doesn't seem to be friendly. You feel like you are bothersome to them. Don't bother calling the store because no one ever answers the phone.... ever. I get deliver from this location and it is hit or miss. Most of the time I never get everything on my order and have to request refunds. I have all the 800 number twice to complain because I can never get anyone on the phone from the store. I understand mistakes happen or things can get left behind. I try to give them a chance to correct the errors but GOOD LUCK. Management is worse than the staff. I honestly would order or go to a different location, but this is the only location I can get delivery from, and it is usually the most convenient.

Update - still a 3 star but because literally no one wants to help you when you need it. Especially in the jewelry department.Also the workers who are pushing the big middle carts act like they are in charge and will literally ignore customers and run into them.

U can literally find anything here, with the exception of A.I.'s ? ?. But seriously, it's always busy & so much to offer. I only wish they would bring back the benches 4 u to sit or the Cafe they use 2 have. Still, been shopping @ Walmart over 30 years & will hopefully continue 30 more ( lord willing). It's an American store ??!

Always a hassel ... and always slow to fix issues. Never, ever again. The delivery "schedule" is a LIE that will change several times, and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Go with another store.

Absolutely terrible experience with online pickup. Waited over 40 minutes for an online pickup of a single item. Checked in on the app and no one ever arrived. When you call the number at pickup to speak with someone it says "we cant help you right now, leave a voicemail" then informs you the mailbox is full. Eventually had to go in the store for help and no one was willing to help. They just recommended finding "an employee with a walkie" which also did no good. The item was them completed as delivered in the app and I had not received it. I have to assume an employee pocketed the item (airpod pros) because they eventually came out after I stopped someone bringing a pickup to another car and they went back in for 10 minutes and brought it out. The time stamp on the item was for 5 minutes before they brought it out so I have to assume they stole the original order from hours before and went and got another. Every employee also has headphones in so you cannot speak to them or get their attention which is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. Be very weary of using their pickup service and don't expect any employees to help or do anything to assist.

The number you call to notify them of the pickup is not answered and says to leave a voicemail which of course has a full mailbox. I assume my item was stolen by an employee and after finally reaching a manager they were able to go refill the order and get it to me. Don't use the online pickup unless you have a ton of free time and are ok with your items being stolen or "lost" by the employees.

After paying for my items and attempting to print a receipt, the attached error message popped up on the self-checkout screen. The gentleman working at self-checkout read the error message and asked me to swipe my card again, so I was charged twice. I told him this and he escorted me to the customer service desk twice (and the Money Center desk once). On the 2nd visit, customer service said one of the charges should be reversed in 3 to 5 business days. I asked them for a receipt in case the charge isn’t reversed, and they told me, “my bank statement was proof enough”…doubtful.

Not the areas cleaned Walmart. I'm also frustrated that they don't hire more cashiers. There are times what I want to use the quick checkout but there are also times when I want a cashier to ring me out.

Great pharmacy staff! Very friendly and attentive. Pickup is the best thing since sliced bread!! Never going in the store to shop again. Now if we could just get a drive up pharmacy, this would be a 5 star Walmart!!

This Walmart has a receipt-checker at the door, often at night I’ve noticed, who is EXTREMELY aggressive and drunk on power. She is abusing her power. I use my own bags and forgot to bring them in one shopping trip. I had a buggy full of stuff and a very long receipt worth $220. This vile lady stood there checking through all my stuff about 4 times. She was also not nice while she was doing it. Meanwhile, many people are exiting the store without her checking their receipt. This lady is feeling powerful and is majorly abusing her power. This and this alone has made them lose my business forever. It was AWFUL, I walked out crying even though I paid for everything and did nothing wrong.
