This bank would benefit so much from having Tysha M. become part of the community. She is my favorite Wells Fargo employee and I recently moved making her location downtown harder for me to get to. Her moving to the Hermitage location would be great!!

Wells Fargo doesn't care about me. Not only is the nearest branch in the next state, they expect me to upgrade my computer in order to bank online with them. Plus they no longer list a chat function or email address for customer support. Last time I tried to call them it took forever and I wound up talking to someone who had English as their third language. Don't give me the Corona virus as an excuse. Your support has been slipping for years. After being affiliated with this institution for almost 40 years I'm going to find another option.I'm done.

Poor service, unmasked children touching all the pamphlets and surface. We made an appointment and we're left waiting 20 min. Without an explanation. Ended up leaving as I had to go back to work. Am moving my money.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!I've been trying to open an additional account with them for the last 5 weeks with no luck!You can't walk up to the branch because the door is always close, I only wanted to make an appointment, the NEVER answer the phone, I've left over 5 voicemails with my personal info and contact info & never got a call back!I really like WELLS FARGO & I've been banking with them for over 11 years, but this is getting ridiculous!!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was just waiting in line outside of the ATM to make a deposit. Person in front of me was having some trouble. This gentleman working at the bank came out, proceeded to make great conversation with myself and the person behind me. Absolutely stellar customer service, took a picture of his card. If you have an account at this branch, as I do, I am so sorry for your luck. Customers should consider this branch CLOSED!! The lobby cannot be entered - unless you have an appointment. The drive through -- what can I say about this MESS?? The drive through moves at a snail's pace. The bank doesn't want you to snake around in its parking lot -- instead they want you to snake around a parking lot where the bank is located. I waited in the drive through ***** 2 ***** hours today and finally gave up!! This is NO WAY to run a business!!!!!

What a bad experience. Rude people, they didn’t wanted to help. Before listening my request they stated cannot do it. I asked them to show me the policy and they made me wait for an hour. I miss the staff that usted to work at this location. Olga, Paola and the friendly supervisor.

Absolutely love banking with Wells Fargo the only bad the I have to say is the closest branch to me is about 20 miles away which is a little inconvenient other than that awesome bank
