I'm being banking with wellsfargo for years but I'm very disappointed that they don't and won't open an branch in my aérea. The nearest one is in Franklin they should consider to build one in Murfreesboro tn We need one here.this city is growing fast

Very slow, all the employees inside are working very lazy, talking to each other inside, don't care about the Drive through line and how it is very long and crowded, Simply and Honestly, No WellsFargo Employee inside Thompson lane branch consider Time Value at all. I stayed on line almost 50 minutes , they announced that all the lanes are open and there are only two employers working for Drive through. I am wondering they are not allowing inside service and they are not focusing for out side service. There is no wise plan to follow in this current COVID time far from The apologizing for the long time in service , if they work hard, fast , and focusing, then you will not need to take long time and doing mistakes . I had to pay my credit card statements with Bank of America and US bank and really wondering how Awesome and organized service they have , they allowed Clients to go inside while these two banks are more crowded and Famous than Others. Where are the Managers???

Saturday just opened it's 9:07AM and the line is 20 mins and 20 ppl deep. Wells Fargo, I'm done with you. 15 year customer is out. You clearly do not care about the customer.

Amazing service! My banker's name was Brendan and he was patient and answered all of my questions. I can't recommend this bank enough! They were VERY busy so you may need to wait a little bit but for the service I got it was well worth the wait!

We have had several accounts at this bank. We have met with all the representatives for various reasons. Never have I left without my issue or worry resolved. They are kind and knowledgeable. Today I witnessed a VERY unreasonable angry elderly lady just be so rude and disrespectful. Like I told her, I have never been denied the use of a bathroom if it's an emergency BUT I have always been respectful and kind. I mainly made this review to applaud the staff at Wells Fargo for keeping their posture and professionalism. They were so calm even though she was screaming so loud I think you could hear her in Pluto but they remained calm time after time explaining their policies. Keep the good work up. They do offer excellent customer service that cannot be matched. And that my friends is why I keep banking with them despite the horrible traffic in the afternoon.

Wells Fargo is already inconvenient for me in Nashville, as the closest ones are 20-30 min away...but I was already using them when I moved here and luckily I don't have to go into the actual bank that often. I had to stop into this branch to reset the pin on a debit card. The parking lot is small and hard to get around, luckily there was one spot left when I got there. The line to see a teller was crazy long, and took about 20 min to get through. When I got to a teller, I was told that I actually needed to see a banker for my issue. I had just stood in line for nothing!! Luckily a banker was able to see me right away, and helped me with resetting my pin. I will be avoiding this branch in the future, as I have been to others that aren't nearly as busy.

This could be the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been in. Rude customer service, long wait times to see a banker, and a generally unkempt waiting area. It could not get much worse.

This location is rude and the whole staff is. The manager would not help us with our account we have had for years. I had to go to the branch in Green Hills to get any service and then the District Manager and Manger and staff did everything possible to help me. This location has treated us nasty and continues to. We have to go out of our way to another location because of this and I would gladly go to Green Hills any day , than have to deal with Thompson Lane!!

Don't waste your time! We tried calling twice this morning and were on hold for 10 minutes each time before they hung up on us. Went to this location and the parking lot was full. Only two bankers working and 35 people waiting. I'm talking about the line was wrapped around and around inside and then people were having to wait outside in the 10 degree temperature. No sign in sheet and it was chaos. We left. And may just leave Wells Fargo in general. If you plan on using the drive through services be prepared to wait behind 5 people too (if you can even get in the parking lot).

My husband and I came to this location on a Saturday because it was the only one nearby that was open. Immediately I saw that parking was not ideal (even for during the week). It was all very narrow and awkward. We parked near the Mexican restaurant next door. The line was substantially long but it moved fairly steady. There were four tellers working the front plus one working the drive thru. I could tell they were all definitely in the mode to provide service plus keep the line moving. The teller who assisted us was very sweet and I'm sorry I cannot recall her name. I told her "hats off to you" for working on a Saturday with all this craziness. She appreciated that. Seriously I'm over working Saturdays so I appreciate those who do and do a great job! As far as overall banking I've been with them for a couple of months and I'm very pleased so far.

Ughhhhhhhhhhh. I cannot stand that this is the only WF bank in our neighborhood for multiple reasons. 1. The parking lot SUCKS. It's small and a pain to park in because everyone is trying to get in and out of this tiny lot. There's a back lot but that's small too so I usually have to park in the restaurant's parking lot next door. 2. It's usually always crowded. Since it's the only WF bank in the area, everyone comes here. I've never been here at a time when it's not crowded. 3. It's severely understaffed. I feel like there's always 2-3 tellers working but they should hire more to help the large amount of customers that come in here. It'd help move everyone along a little faster. I really wish WF would build another bank in our area or hire more people to work this one. It is way too crowded and clearly there is a demand for it!

The customer service here is great, but the lines are always way too long! Every time I come here I wait at least 30 minutes in line because there's never more than 2 tellers working at a time. The longest I've waited in line was about an hour and a half. The shortest was about 30 minutes. It doesn't matter what time of day I show up, there's always a huge line.

This bank doesn't care at all about customers. They have my money on a hold that exceeds regulation CC standard and won't release it. With so few locations in the area it is a shame that poor service is a "BEST PRACTICE"
