I went to this branch today to make a deposit and they asked me to Write down my social security number and after I wrote it down then they wane grab it and read it out loud to confirm my social security number so everyone in the branch can here them so unprofessional and they potentially have my hole identity in risk because of negligence.

Can’t say enough about how great Banker Corah Carly and her manager are. Her thoughtfully and clearly explain everything I asked. The entire experience just felt like this great group sincerely want to work with me to make my smile.

Very good customer service when I received my tax return I went to get it cashed and one of the tellers was not sure if they could cash it but another one said that they were allowed to cash it and to her credit she was able to help me with this check but it was not drawn on their own bank.I won't recommend this for anyone who doesn't have a bank account.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Recently I withdrew money from a WELLS FARGO ATM and it gave me a ripped 20 dollar bill. I thought nothing of it coming from banking and working previously at Bank of America and WELLS FARGO the same Wells Fargo that I’m leaving the review for here on west end. I tried to deposit it in the drive thru teller window but apparently at this Wells Fargo it’s a policy that they don’t accept ripped currency even if they gave me it in the first place. WHEN I WORKED HERE IT WAS ACCEPTED AT ALL TIMES BY ALL THREE MANAGERS THAT WERE HERE. Apparently the manager MATTHEW SEXTON “AKA PENNY WISE THE CLOWN”and his employee SOURISH SAMADDAR are not following any bank rules because when I asked about the policy he told me I couldn’t see the policy. Then he Lied to me as well saying in his 13 years WELLS FARGO had never accepted ripped currency and tried to give me the federal reserve address to send the money to. Considering I bank with this bank I would think theyd be less inconvenient but as of right now this clown has left a bad name for Wells Fargo. Fire this guy I’ve never seen the branch more dead inside also I come in it seems all the foot traffic I remember is gone we use to have a line out the door. That’s a clear indication this branch is poorly managed and the clients went elsewhere.

My niece andUber ived to the bank by Uber. For whatever reason the Uber wouldn't wait. We went in and my niece cashed a large check given to her by the pediatric cancer foundation. She had been in a stuffy hospital room for 3 1/2 months with no fresh air. We were transfered to the Hope Lodge to complete her outpatient program for the next 100 days. She really had not been able to enjoy fresh air since we transferred. We had to wait for the next Uber to arrive and she wanted to wait outside. We were sitting in a little hill that was between the bank and the gas station. But we were facing the vaj because that was the address given the Uber. Next thing we know the security guard came out and said we could not be hanging around outside. I said that that we were waiting on an Uber. He said we could wait inside or we had to leave the property immediately.. I just told my niece not to get up but to turn around and face the gas station. I'm pretty sure the hill belonged to the gas station anyway. We had just conducted business in that bank but we can't wait out in the fresh air for an Uber to take us away from there. Very rude

We run a hospitality venture in Nashville and had some banking needs that were fairly complex. The personal banker, Sourish, was very helpful. He waited on hold with corporate for quite some time while we worked through some modifications to our accounts. He was patient and genuinely worked through all the details to insure we were able to meet our deadline. He balanced his time between various duties while attending to our specific issue, all while having a great attitude and customer service. Truly great customer service.

This is the worst branch of the worst bank they are all robots and have no common sense or consistency in policy. I travel all over the country and this branch is habitually the worst every single employee I have ever dealt with has no training or power to do anything. AVOID!

This place is the absolute worst bank in Nashville. There used to be one girl Elizabetha who was very helpful and actually treated customers with respect. I have been in previously looking disheveled and treated very poorly until they opened my accounts which is absolutely unacceptable. Today I went in as I do every month and there were 3 grown men working there standing around doing nothing and it appears Sebastian is the only person who can do anything. It took 30 minutes to withdraw cash from 2 accounts with 2 people in front of me. By the time I left there were 7 people in line and still only Sebastian was seeing customers. I will be contacting Wells Fargo corporate and recommending a review of this branch as each employee there minus those mentioned was a complete waste - disrespectful, unhelpful, and just wandering around not doing anything.

If you care about your money, don't bank with Wells Fargo. I've been a customer for 15 years and I'm closing my account with them because they are refusing to give money back to me for a fraudulent transaction on my account. They initially credited the money back into my account and then reversed the credit nearly two months later causing my account to overdraft by nearly $300. Not only did I lose out on the money they took back from me but I lost the money that was over drafted. I filed a police report and sent them a copy which I was told would help my case - it didn't. I've been fighting with them for 3 months to get the decision reversed and filed numerous complaints and they still refuse to refund me. The only evidence they state they have is that my banking app was opened around the same time in the same general area when the fraudulent transaction was made so it had to have been me or authorized by me. They keep saying they're doing what they can based on regulations and service agreements with Zelle but I didn't agree to any service agreement because I didn't send the money. Worst bank ever - I will never bank with Wells Fargo ever again and I recommend you go elsewhere too.

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT AT WELLS FARGO BANK !!! They will steal your money with bogus fees. They have stolen so much money from me . They could care less about there customers. As soon as my items I have already got set up come thru I will be closing my business account! Now I know why so many people have lost homes , cars and other things gotten thru loans . Tried calling them simply to get some ledgers mailed to me and was stuck on the phone for 30 MINUTES. He kept trying to mail me some checks. I said again no, I just need some ledgers please. The guy was so incompetent and could barely speak English. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and then put me on hold to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor got on the phone and I tried to explain the situation and he hung up on me. No call back after I'd already been stuck on the phone all that time for something that should've only taken a couple minutes. Very unprofessional!!!

Banker was rude/condescending to me. I don’t have to keep my money at Wells Fargo, and my experience at this branch makes me strongly consider taking my business elsewhere.Edited to add: added a star because the branch manager reached out, and I felt like he actually cared about my concerns.Edited again: removed a star again, very long wait times to speak to a banker again. Maybe consider staffing better during busy hours.

I love this branch!Since I called them to confirm if they were able to help me with some issues with the account, the greeting at the door, the wonderful attention that we received from Matthew everything was amazing.He is an example of great customer service, polite, friendly, he has the knowledge need it for this job. We drove 4 hours! due that we don't have any Wells Fargo branch on our city (New Albany IN) He was assured that everything was fixed and solved before we left. Thanks Matthew, maybe you could go to others branch to train them!Thanks !!!
