If you care about your money, don't bank with Wells Fargo. I've been a customer for 15 years and I'm closing my account with them because they are refusing to give money back to me for a fraudulent transaction on my account. They initially credited the money back into my account and then reversed the credit nearly two months later causing my account to overdraft by nearly $300. Not only did I lose out on the money they took back from me but I lost the money that was over drafted. I filed a police report and sent them a copy which I was told would help my case - it didn't. I've been fighting with them for 3 months to get the decision reversed and filed numerous complaints and they still refuse to refund me. The only evidence they state they have is that my banking app was opened around the same time in the same general area when the fraudulent transaction was made so it had to have been me or authorized by me. They keep saying they're doing what they can based on regulations and service agreements with Zelle but I didn't agree to any service agreement because I didn't send the money. Worst bank ever - I will never bank with Wells Fargo ever again and I recommend you go elsewhere too.

Tried calling them simply to get some ledgers mailed to me and was stuck on the phone for 30 MINUTES. He kept trying to mail me some checks. I said again no, I just need some ledgers please. The guy was so incompetent and could barely speak English. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and then put me on hold to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor got on the phone and I tried to explain the situation and he hung up on me. No call back after I'd already been stuck on the phone all that time for something that should've only taken a couple minutes. Very unprofessional!!!

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years. I'm from California and came out here to Nashville for work. My wallet was unfortunately stolen and had to unfortunately go to Wells Fargo. Manager at the front that is greeting is a yuppy dude in a suit with glasses and is no help he's Like a parking guard letting people know where the line starts. Anyways I wanted to get replacement card and they said they stopped that April 1 .... what are we on a plastic shortage??? They made me pull out a lump sum of money and said you should be fine for the rest of your trip. Yea like that's safe to carrry around a bunch of money instead of having it on a plastic card but there excuse was there's been too much "fraud" with the temporary card...but also if your cash money is stolen they won't help either hahahaa just a joke really. Honestly makes no sense and Wells Fargo has been worse as the years go on. From customer service to harassment of customers. I had been apart of there college checking account scam and never got a penny back. Honest to honest Wells Fargo is old as well and the people in there are zombies. Don't go here or any Wells Fargo switch your finances.

ALL WELLS FARGOS DONT GIVE OUT TEMPORARY CARDS!!! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. When I asked the lady why they don't give physical cards anymore she said "umm.. fraud?" If you have Wells Fargo I'd recommend switching to BofA or city national. Wells Fargo has been taking money from people for years starting with opening college savings accounts for kids still in high school without the child's knowledge putting which ended up giving all those people horrible credit.

Genuinely all you folks who said 1 star... Well ok cupcakes... Be sensitive.... Waah... It didn't go your way with your transaction... People are busy.... They are people... People... Remember that... you should understand people are human. I am pretty sure we all are human. I've been with wells Fargo MORE than half my life... I'm 38. My first Bank account was in 1997. Seems so long ago... When they moved father east... I instantly went back... I tolerated the worst banks out here. But yall can do mediocre.. Or do wellsfargo.

They close their inside at 4:30. Crazy! Not super friendly if you try the drive thru at 4:45. Will definitely stick to the Belle Meade location.

Not enough parking; drive through teller couldn't help with something that should have been easily done at drive through teller, which led to a loop through parking lot where no parking was available, and then a lot of waiting in a very long line. So, had to wait in line twice just to set up a pin for an ATM/Debit card I hadn't even used yet. I'd recommend visiting another branch.

The line was so long 3 times coming here that I decided to move half of my savings out of wells fargo. More of this to come too. If they don't want my business somebody else can have it. I don't get retail banks.... retail customers work. Why are you open 8-5 and closed saturday? I, and apparently the rest of nashville, want to come after work ... say 5-10PM weekdays or saturday or sunday yet you're closed for all of that except for friday 5-6PM and friday 5-6 you're totally slammed and understaffed. Fix it, or my money goes to other banks. Because the only reason i'm with WF is for convenience but waiting in line for 1 hour is not convenient. Thanks.

Absolutely would not recommend banking here. Waiting over one hour to receive a simple notary and was still not helped. Banking staff was not attentive to customers and clearly not staffed well enough.

Had to do a last minute wire transfer for a condo closing. My husband and I were greeted warmly when we walked into the bank, and Amy was really friendly and efficient in getting our wire transfer taken care of. Bonus: They had dum dums. :)

This location is super helpful with my bonds. I would recommend this location out of others I have been to. The manager was attentive to my needs and was knowledgeable about bonds. Not sure why this location gets a bad rap. The parking is not plentiful but I think the customer service makes up for that.

Fantastic Service..... started my day at another nearby Wells Fargo location which was unable to facilitate my transaction. Due to the circumstances I wasn't in the best mood when arriving at the West End Wells Fargo Bank location. However, Allison P, the banker who assisted me was diligent, friendly and professional. She completed the transaction and introduced me to her Branch Manager Torry M, who was also a pleasant professional. Thank you ladies, you turned a disgruntled crotchety old customer into a happy smiling face, Wells Fargo employees such as yourselves are exactly why I Bank with Wells.

Just attempted a phone call for a simple question to the branch was placed on hold for five minutes then hung up on try back again in that scenario repeated itself. I thought Wells was focused on putting the customer first?
