The people that work here are always nice but I ate a burger and fries from there on Friday and I’ve been throwing up for 3 days now. So is my friend who ate the same thing as I did. I’ve never had an issue here before this but I definitely won’t be able to return now. Be careful with Wendy’s, especially their vegetables.

Went there after 12 when there were only doing uber eat order the supervisor I assume that we spoke to explain and resolve the issue she was lovely and professional! Sorry I didn't get her name though!

I ordered my food vía a mobile app several minutes before I arrived to pick up my order. When I arrived the dining room doors were locked. So, I went to the drive thru to pick up. At that point, I was told that the entire system was down and no transactions could occur. I didn't know if this occurred before I ordered from home or after. So, I asked and was told the order would be cancelled once the system was back up. The time when ops would begin again was unknown. I decided to wait in case it was just a brief "blip". Meanwhile, several cars came to the drive thru and then left. After a time, an employee, JA, came out to confirm that I was the one that placed the mobile order. I told him that I was. A short time later, JA exited the back entrance again with my order! EXCELLENT customer service, JA! I was happy to get my order but disappointed when I realized that my bacon was burnt, my pickles and mustard were missing and my Frosty looked orange but had no "Dreamsicle" flavoring beyond the first bite and hardly then. I won't stop coming. I just caught them on a bad day.

I am a manager at another wendys location and i make sure to have napkins, forks, spoons, and straws in every bag that is passed out, if any needed. I just left this location and i said no ketchup on my childs burger, there was ketchup. Then there was no spoon for my frosty. No straws for the 3 drinks i had for my order. It took the worker quite some time to answer me at the intercom. I know myself that you have to answer within 3 seconds. Not very satisfied with this service.

stayed in Hampton Inn and walked over for a late snack. the place was immaculately clean, the management was very very nice to us. kudos to an establishment that is very well managed.

Food was cold, system was down had to pay in cash, long drive thru wait especially for cold food.

Visited this Wendy's last Friday for lunch while working in Antioch area. The line of vehicles at their drive thru was a bit long and decided to place my order inside. The wait inside was surprisingly short. The cashier was welcoming and courteous and apologized for the wait. I ordered a Biggy Bag to go. Everything was great. The sandwich nicely done, the french fries and nuggets were warm and crispy... Like they just came out of the frier. It has been a very long time since I had fries that are not soggy or reheated. I was very pleased with my experience and hope they keep up with the great customer service and excellent food preparation. ?????

I would like to give less than 1 star. I pull up at the drive through and the person in front of me is getting service. When he pulls to the window I wait and wait and wait but no one says anything from inside. I go around the building and a person smoking outside the front door announces "we closed" when I ask why the restaurant is closed before their posted hours, she responds "cause I'm off". I understand staff shortages, and I encounter them all the time. I'm just disappointed with the level of rudeness. I hope she didn't get paid for that extra hour that the location claimed to be open.

The food is very good but the service is terrible. Those who serve are always in a bad mood and take too long to deliver the food and orders.

Worst experience ever. I went through the drive through and had the hardest time placing my order. I was given the wrong drink. The chicken on my salad was old and dry. And my daughter had like a purple or pink hair in here salad. I absolutely won't be going back.
