Whitsett Park is a charming, quiet, and beautiful park with open green spaces. It features lovely walking trails, both paved and gravel, alongside a nice creek. The park is dog-friendly and has shaded areas with beautiful trees and benches. It includes a playground and offers free parking. It is great for family activities, casual walks, and outdoor relaxation. However, a warning has been given that the area may not be safe, with reports of incidents like car break-ins. The park lacks a restroom facility.
Great people. Great teachers. Great school. Wonderful times as a child going to this school.

This is a nice little park in a quiet neighborhood. You can’t really barbecue here as there are no picnic areas I could see. There also is no dog park.
