i ordered online with uber eats two hours before i needed a 10pc wing, walked in and was told my receipt got lost because of technical difficulties. was told to grab my phone and show my receipt which i did and they had cancelled my order and did not offer to remake it or help me at all with figuring this situation out. with them having a long line, they did not care and i no longer had time for them to make it for my 30min break. very disappointed in their problem solving skills and customer service… and now i’m without lunch.

So I go to Wingstop really like once or twice a week and I always order the same thing, but today I want to try something new, so I got the Cajun wings4, Lemon pepper3, and 3 Garlic Parmesan. I did not realize that the Cajun wings had a sauce on them. I thought it was just the rub, so I had asked the so-called manager can I just switch them out to something else because I could not eat it and, she was being so hateful and mean, and she told me no, she said she couldn’t do it. So this nice employee Catherine was taking her break, and I simply asked her could she helped me out Just switching 4 of them out she did it with no problem. She was such a sweet person, and she understood how I was a regular customer and I always spend my money in there, and that was the first time I did that. She really made my day❤️❤️❤️

Ordered from here and bought 2 5pc tenders, they gave me one and then wanted to replace the second one I paid for with a COOKIE. Would’ve at least loved my money back.

We walked in there and were ignored for 5 min until they were done talking. The guy who took my order acted like I was stupid for trying to get 2 flavors and told me I couldn’t ( there’s a sign saying to get 1-2 flavors). After I ordered they told us our food would be 6 min and we ended up waiting 30. Dont recommend especially when your on break…

Rude, I had to wait 5 minutes before being waited on due to them laughing and fooling around on the phone. Then was rejected to order food with 35 minutes left before closing so they could leave early. Worst Wing Stop experience ever!

walked in and waited for the three girls to finish laughing at the computer and doing something with the cash in the register and got no acknowledgment whether they would be with us or not. then they all start hugging and laughing and two of them walk out?? still not being acknowledged we are standing there waiting for their help and decide to drive up the road to rosa parks blvd location. please do yourself a favor and make the drive to AVOID this location and the incredibly rude service workers here.

Not bad for wing stop. Getting there and parking was weird, so do be prepared for that if you're dining in or picking up. The girl who gave me my to-go order was super nice!Food wise, it was good, but they did get my order wrong. I ordered a 6-piece, half garlic Parmesan, half hickory smoked BBQ. Instead, I got 6 or each flavor. Not the worst, and I didn't even realize it until after I ate and realized I was really full.Will go back! Just need to make sure I know where to park next time.

Great Lemon Pepper Wings...and I get all flaps! These are the best Lemon Pepper Wings I have had in a very long time. The first time I tried the Lemon Pepper Wings in Monroe, GA at De'Best Wing Shake about 25 years ago! So glad to have these great wings nearby!

Perfect late night stop. They stay open until 2am. We took a chance and went as we were staying at the Hyatt around the corner. Walked in at 1:46am and was greeted with a smile from everyone. The restaurant was clean and had a health code grade of a 99 too. Everyone was super nice, gave us recommendations and patient with us as we were their last business as they were about to close. The food was SO GOOD. It was Freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. The main cook walked us out and thanked us. Not sure of all these ones they have from years ago but this place was great. 5 stars They don't have to serve us as most places shutdown the fryers 30 minutes prior to closing but that was far from that. This is a great location, please give them a try.
