It’s difficult to make direct contact to a representative. Wait times are outrageous! Customer service is terrible. I have a basic cable plan and have been charged $300 a month for service. I’ve reported this and have not received any response in rectifying this problem! Constant outages and not a strong enough security system or firewalls! WARNING!!!!!

We arrived on the last day of a promotion with every intention to purchase two new devices. We had an appointment scheduled.
While in store we saw other customers being mocked after they left the store, were told that a promise that corporate made multiple times (and notated) was "wrong" by a manager, and were told we had to come back the next day due to technical issues with Xfinity after we arranged everything and were ready to pay.
When we attempted to redeem the promotion the next day (at the appointment that we were forced to make after the promotion ended), we were told by employees and corporate that we were ineligible and nobody was willing to negotiate. It's subjectively bait and switch - avoid at all costs. Employees didn't even seem to care when I said we'd be shopping for a different providers.
The only exception was Hal. He was very kind and patient - the only positive to our experience.

I was told to update my router to stay up with new equipment. I did but find it is not compatible with my kindles, my printer or my door bell camera. The staff member acknowledged that they knew that was the case but did not warn me. They were not able to provide my old router or one compatible. Unacceptable!

Who knew setting up wifi would be so much fun? Shelton was great to deal with! He made my experience very fun! He was very honest about which plan I should do with what I use my wifi for and saved me some money on my streaming service platforms. (I didn’t even go in there for that) I am one happy customer! I will be asking for Shelton for all my future needs!

Staff is very nice. Their policies are not. Very unhappy. Upped just my monthly home internet bill to $100. Offered to bring it to "$75". Then was charging me for a phone I already traded in over a year ago. Glad I switched carriers. At least T-Mobile isn't screwing me. Save yourselves now and go elsewhere!

It's a new day!! No longer are customer service attendants sitting in one place, lamenting the service. This is a great team! And so knowledgeable. Good job every time!

The "manager" there on July 5th didn't seem to understand basic internet terminology or company policy, and was unnecessarily rude, she didn't even look-up our account before telling us to call support on the phone. The store can't connect/cancel/modify service, or sell phones to existing customers. Spent over an hour with support on the phone, IN THE STORE, because they were unable to do ANYTHING to an account, other than add fees. Their databreach resulted in my identity and ENTIRE hard drive and cloud accounts being stolen and held for ransom. I'd rather do without internet than give them another cent.
Edit: Love the response, let me go ahead and click on a super suspicious link from a company that is responsible for my SSN and banking info ending up for sale. No thanks.

I switched over to Xfinity mobile yesterday because they told me how awesome it was but what they forgot to tell me is it can take up to five days to port your number over to a new carrier so now I have absolutely no cell phone service. my phone is locked. I can’t make phone calls to anyone. When I brought this back to the xfinity shop yesterday to try and have them fix it , not only did they not fix it, but they tried to blame it on me. Thanks, Xfinity For the horrible customer service. !

I am moving and wanted to schedule a service move to my new house. Sadly, there is not Xfinity where I am moving but the man upfront brought me to another man in the back and they both helped me figure everything out and what I needed to do. The honesty and amount of service I received was honestly amazing. Not only was the conversation great but they educated me and gave great recommendations. It is unfortunate I won’t have Xfinity when I move but I was given great insight in the process.

I went in to return a router, and Brandon was very helpful, made sure to ask relevant questions to make sure I had fully moved and wanted to close my old account and had my new router, when we both found out that my new router was dropped off at my old apartment he set up a different router as my active one so that I can still get my new internet setup whether or not I’m able to find the other one, seriously such a great help! Here’s to hoping I’m able to find the original one and get it back to y’all, thanks again to Brandon!!

We went here to get a billing issue changed, for my elderly father. The young man who helped us at the Bellevue location was very personable and kind and got it all corrected, great customer service!.
