We went here to get a billing issue changed, for my elderly father. The young man who helped us at the Bellevue location was very personable and kind and got it all corrected, great customer service!.

The internet service is good when it works, there are outages several times a month. When they work on internet in the area they give you no warning. I've lost several hundreds of dollars in lost orders because the internet goes down because they are working on it. I work from home and the outages affect my business and they won't reimburse you anything for the internet being down.

All I came to do was return some equipment. After spending 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity over several days to get my own modem working. I took the Xfinity equipment to Xfinity to drop it off. The Xfinity rep changed my modem on file and now it is not working. All I came there to do was drop the modem I replaced off. I had to call Xfinity again to re-add my modem again that was working before I came to drop my equipment off. Xfinity was able to add my modem back. However, the speed is now slower.

Prefacing this by saying the actual employees in the store have been polite and helpful (if not misinformed) and are largely being put in a position by the Xfinity(comcast) to be the bad guy.I canceled after my rate went from $30 to $86 to $116 in less than 2 years, and the entire process has taken 3 visits, 4 phone calls, and over 5 collective hours.I was billed for a full month after canceling, lied to by the over the phone customer service rep, and then told in store it would be refunded to my card in less than 5 days.Shocker. It wasn’t. They now said it would be coming in a visa gift card in another few days. Which is incredibly inconvenient and not what was said. Filed a ticket to get the refund to my card like I was told would happened. They said that would take another 3 business days.I’m over 5 hours into this process. 2 hours to cancel and 3 to try to get the refund. Not holding my breath. Just hoping they don’t bill me AGAIN next month

I honestly had a great experience here. The moment I came in the person at the front desk made sure my name was entered into their system so they can ensure I got serviced.I didn't have to wait long at all, and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I saw other people being helped as well

I have a 10:00 appointment. I was reminded via text 15 minutes ago that I have a 10:00 appointment. I got here, and at 10:00, a staff member came to the door and put up a new sign saying they are now open at 11:00. There are staff members inside, the electricity is on, and a staff member just told us that we can sit here all we want, but we can’t come in until 11:00. It’s not that a problem arose—I understand that. It’s more the discourteous manner in which the nine people lined up outside waiting for the store to open were addressed. Shame on you if this is how your company treats people or allows them to be treated

Two stars for store location, parking, and cleanliness. 1 star for customer service. Absolutely pitiful performance by the crew in there today. I was having an issue with my gateway so I got it swapped out for a new one, which entails you return the old one to a Comcast store in person; which is what I was in there to do today. I entered and waited by the front desk and without any sort of welcome or recognition of my presence whatsoever waited for 10 minutes before I started to head deeper in the store looking for employees to assist. To which I was met with a very rude staff member who, again without greeting, said "yeah, it's gonna be a minute if you wanna take a seat." How was I supposed to know they even knew I was in the store?! I then explained I was only here to drop off old equipment and was in a rush to get back to work if anyone could help, the other two employees in the store were preoccupied explaining a bill to another customer and chimed in saying "yeah, we'll get to you". It was moments later one of the other employees walked away from the bill situation and came to help. I was out less than 20 seconds later. Very spiteful and unprofessional employees in there. Would definitely recommend taking the extra drive down to Brentwood and dealing with professionals.

Just was in there doing a self serve pay. They don’t restock printer paper. This is the third time I’ve been there and did self pay and the kiosk are out of paper. Opening managers please re stocks opening employees restock it should be the first thing you do.During the time I see this Lady that works their comes over and says have a seat there like 7 people waiting. I’m not here for service I just paid my bill I’m not here to wait around for a hour for a receipt. What is the point of self pay if you don’t restock paper. That is one machine doing your jobs. Hire people or pay more and you’ll have workers. I hate to see the place packed and no help.And I hate leaving a bad review but it’s a simple solution opening people need to do their jobs.

So understaffed with a long line of customers. I feel bad for the employees. Walked in to two employees with a line of 15 waiting. One worker apologized as he had opened by himself with his help arriving arroynd lunchtime. Some had been there for hours waiting. I would try a different location than Bellevue One if possible.

The lady who I believe to be the manager at the Bellevue location was very rude and unprofessional. She was raising her voice and being very intimidation almost like she was on drugs. Worst experience I have ever had in customer service. She proceeded to kick me out of the store and CLOSED my case without resolving it. She needs to be fired, very ghetto.

This has been a frustrating 3 months with this provider for sure! We discontinued TV, back in June, since we only needed internet. To date, (three months later), we are STILL getting billed, despite returning equipment, going in-store, on-line and calling in, to dispute our bill. Still no joy! My husband spent 3 hours, via phone trying to find a resolve with our bill!? Foreign service reps, who cannot understand anything we're trying to say, and then assuring us (after 3 hours), that our account will be credited. TWO days later, we received a statement, with an even HIGHER balance due than what we had been paying monthly for the past three years with Xfinity. NOTHING to reflect a credit!? We are at our WITS end right at the moment, seeking out options (that will probably be AT&T). It's too bad. I hope these reviews are treated with the seriousness they deserve.
