Try another store, they take the time of their lives to do something, the store was almost empty like 4 to 5 persons only and I waited 1:30 just to return equipment, something so simple

Horrible horrible horrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Bill keeps going up with no extras added. Have had them for 15 years bill started at $105 now $320. Blocked me from paying online because I attempted to use a Visa giftcard to pay online which I had used to pay my ight bill and instead of saying gc not allowed it said try again. Now I have to drive out of my way to a corporate store to pay my bill. Directtv here I come

One of the representatives in this store is super disrespectful.
I had to go to the store to return a piece of equipment Xfinity ship me and charge me for that I did not ask for.
STRIKE TWO XFINITY, I have had Xfinity for 13 years at my current location and today gave me pause, I am looking at the AT&t fiber plans in my area

If I could leave zero stars I would. I waited around for five hours for no one to show up and connect my Internet. Five hours on a Tuesday afternoon. For me to call them and say the technician rescheduled my appointment. Well, I’m the customer and I did not reschedule the appointment nor was I notified. Walking red flag. No thank you I will find better service.

Xfinity contracted with Gagecon to lay new lines in a 12 year old neighborhood. Zero communication was given before digging and when you try to call Gagecon or Nova Underground NO ONE ever answers. Crews left yards a mess, never laid seed only threw straw on it and threw rocks into yards. Would NEVER utilize this internet service after this experience.

Should not ever have to wait 30 mins to return equipment when u have someone standing at a counter doing nothing but checking in people. Train them to do simple returns to keep customers happy. And free up ur waiting room

Xfinity charged me twice on a very large internet payment and have refused to give me a refund after I have already contacted 6 agents who have all told me I should be able to get a refund. Instead they have given me a credit to my xfinity account and told me to dispute with my bank and because I use my bank account for xfinity transaction, my bank will not accept my dispute. DO NOT USE XFINITY
