The food was honestly great; I got a salad and fried pickles. However, I found 2 whole hair strands in my salad. Like 2 whole strings of hair.

was very expensive for a fast food chick place. like $11 for 3 small, small chick fingers not strips, these were only as big as my fingers. the fries were as close in comparison. just thought is was very expensive for a fast food chick place. the workers not much to say about with hog rings and funky hair... will not return.

I love eating at Zaxby's but the problems I have is that every time I go there literally every person that I've seen that works there looks so depressed. It's like they lost their dog or a family member. I have never seen one person smile or really show any type of emotion at all. It's just a dreadful atmosphere to the point it's depressing me to be there. Other than that the food is good and I've never really had to wait for a long period of time to get my food and get out which is how I prefer it to be if I'm eating there!

Edit: received a reply asked for information to make it right . Clicked link wrote out some of problem it came up thanks for your feedback !!! Ignore the reply they post to the Google reviewsOrdered the salad and the egg roll was barely warm and soft . Some of the lettuce had black on it and was gross . My husband got wings and the boneless wings were barely warm, fries were hot and fresh .We ordered the cheese curds and wished they had marinara ..

We order from this Zaxby's from time to time. Usually, when we order from them we get the same thing every time: wings and things. I'd say about 60-70% of the time, the order comes to us as we want it.Tonight specifically, my drink had no ice, both of our orders were sauced wrong, and we did not receive the dipping sauces we wanted (STOP GIVING US RANCH WHEN WE DON'T ORDER IT).It's not about whether or not the food is good or the food even gets to us warm, it's about the fact that this place can't consistently get the orders right.

Here I got the Cobb salad with the fried chicken. It is as amazing. Filling a good size salad for the price. Then the bf at that time which is in some of my pics and no longer bf, got the fried chicken Philly sandwich. That shii was the shii. The ff tasted fresh it was a bomb sandwich frfr. The fried pickles were amazing as well. I recommend all of the above if you stop in at Zaxby's? ?

Majority of the service is good. However I think employees get a little happy with eath other and their convos that they neglect things. Such as your expected (paid for or comes with) sauces, straws, napkins, etc. also the chicken is always hard as a rock. Management get your staff together.

food was amazing but the customer service was even better, I speak with the manager there named David and he was an amazing guy which made my experience even better thank you so much for the great service god bless.

The food and service here at this location never disappoints, but whenever David the manager is here, he makes my experience at this zaxbys location 10x better. Highly recommend eating here instead of some MID CANES place.

It doesn't surprise me that this location has a 2 star rating. If you like poor customer service and food that doesn't even remotely match what's advertised even down to the taste... if you like wrong food orders, bugs in food, sour tea, all served with a side of attitude and sass.. Go to this Zaxby's. It's franchised and they have no issue with deterring from the corporate model and don't dare question out of curiosity they'll tell you what the recipe calls for.. instead of being proactive and solution-based. All the employees are there to collect a check but truly have no desire to do their job which includes simply being nice or caring. I've attempted to give them multiple chances over the yrs and hands down the worst experience I've ever received. For the people who have couth about themselves and expect it in return.. STAY CLEAR!
