I used 11E storage for 3 years and had no issues. Travis is an amazing help on site. Helped me move in while I was still in Virginia. Clean site. We'll lit. Gated and fenced. Online payments are easy. Highly recommend.

Out of the way, not a place ppl would drive to and break in, new units, very reasonable prices, i love that its not insode town but not too far that u xant make a quick trip. The units are new and large! I would highky reccommend 11E staorage to anyone!

This storage facility in New Market, TN is very convenient and has easy access. The setup was extremely simple and communication from the owner is top notch. Will definitely use them again if I have any storage needs.

After considering many options in the area, I decided on 11e storage several reasons: the location is perfect between Knoxville and Jefferson City/Morristown, every interaction I've had with the Owner and Maintenance Staff have been pleasant and professional, there are a wide variety of storage unit sizes, my storage unit was very clean and is was bone dry even though it rained almost every day that month. There are cameras everywhere. I feel like what I pay here goes towards making the units and the property better and more secure.

This is by far the best place to keep your things. They are clean and secure and the managers and owner are very easy to work with. Whenever I need storage in the future, this is where I will go.

11e storage is a great place to rent a drive up storage unit. The prices are good and it’s a convenient location if you’re in Strawberry Plains, Mascot, New Market or Jefferson City.
The individual that manages this location, Travis is a major plus. It today’s world where storage facilities have you do everything online and there’s nobody to talk to locally, it’s refreshing to have a resource like Travis.
I thought I needed a 20 x 10, and after I told Travis what I would be storing he recommended a 30 x 10. I rented unit 143, and ended up using every square foot, stacked to the ceiling. A 20 would have fallen short for sure.
Great storage facility and even better manager.

My wife and I needed to store our belongings while we moved. 11E storage was perfect for us. It was conveniently located, facility was very clean, owner was very helpful. No need to worry about your belongs, it's like fortknox, prices were great. I highly recommend this place. Easy to rent go to the website and it's a breeze. 5 stars!
