I chose them because they actually have a manager on site, it is locked at the gates and does not operate by a Bluetooth phone app. There are no mattresses or garbage sitting outside in a heap. “Steve was very helpful! The initial information I was given states there are security cameras on site, while I have looked for them I've not found them. It looks like they are continuing to develop the location. I hope that will include a little more trimming/etc. I fear mice or snakes could be near because of the rural location. But so far, very fair price to store our family camper.”
“I've had a locker at Jefferson City Storage since 2007, and before that I had a locker there in 2005. Last month I moved out of the locker after 20 years. I was surprised that after such a long time there were no signs of mice and very few bugs, just a safely-kept dusty time capsule of my college years. I've had other lockers for short amounts of times at other places, and this one is the best. Not only are there no mice and few bugs, but also there's a dumpster on-site, and the locker price is low compared to other places. Best of all, they keep it privately-owned; the owner says they'll never sell out to Cube Smart! I've had other lockers that sold to Cube Smart, and after that the price raised every month. As long as Jefferson City Storage stays Jefferson City Storage, it's the best place to leave your stuff when you graduate from Carson-Newman and can't take all of your stuff with you!”
“Phenomenal work from start to finish. Very professional, efficient, and precise. I had misinformed my wife to have the box initially positioned too close to my garage and once I arrived home and realized my mistake I went to the office to request it to be repositioned. Ms. Amy was super kind and got right on it. I also spoke with a gentleman, Mr. Jenkins, over the phone and he too was very kind and apologetic for the mistake. I let them know it was my fault and understand their policy but appreciate their promptness to correct my error. Hands down the best moving experience for me and my family. Moving has its challenges but with this company and the great folks that run it, it’s made our process stress-free. Thanks and blessings to you all.

“These folks go above and beyond! When my car broke down 80 miles from home, I couldn't find a tow service willing to haul it back up into the mountains. When it seemed I might be stuck for several days, the kind folks here suggested the perfect and more economic solution for me to rent a truck and trailer and pull the car myself. They hitched up the trailer to the truck, and secured the vehicle onto the trailer to get me back on my way home. Thank you so much!”
